This project can influence the performance of systems based on Ryzen processors with microarchitecture Zen 2, positively. Before starting our tour of CTR and offering you recommendations, we would like to touch upon the background of this all, the very thing that inspired 1usmus to create this software. It is very interesting and a very powerful tool. Though I think I would likely use this as a diagnostic software so that I can hard input the approved values that it puts out, that is what I did the Ryzen Master, nothing wrong with using it either way.

So far, it hasn't gone well. I can stabilize the clocks, but it's not resulting in performance gains over stock, just lower power consumption. Still fiddling with it though.
