TechN presents high-end CPU water coolers for AMD AM4, Intel LGA 1200 and 2066

A compact, reduced design language, the high-quality material mix and hidden mounting elements form the puristic character of the high-performance cooling blocks. Both the mirror-polished acrylic and matte anodized surfaces demonstrate the highest level of care. The perfection in manufacturing achieves a flush composition for a modern industrial look, which incorporates the extensive technological innovations of the TechN CPU water coolers. The water blocks are characterised by micro-fin-geometry and do not require a jet plate thanks to advanced flow optimisations. The acrylic framed by an anodized aluminum (black and silver options) is illuminated by RGB-LED and provides a clear view of the chemically nickel-plated copper plate. The mounting accessories are made of stainless steel and the CPU coolers come to the customer in “no-nonsense” packaging limited to the essentials.

Some nice looking blocks, might have found the AM4 block for my eventual Ryzen 5800x

Is it bad that I do not really get excited about new blocks unless they offer a tangible advantage/benefit over another ?

That's how I felt with air coolers once there were an abundance of the same style coolers, then it happened with CPU/GPU blocks, then it happened with AIO's.

There is just far too much selection now that all do a good enough job that you don't really need to look very far for one that fits your needs and makes it tougher for the ones that might match your build the best to actually make it to the top of search results.

I'm not a fan of the big TechN branding on the blocks, but at least with the AM4 one, it wouldn't be difficult to just put a vinyl wrap over it that fits the rest of my build <insert obligatory DBrand reference here> haha.

Yeah at this point I just get whatever matches the most parts that are already in the build by brand. And even then, Cooler Master for example has like 80 different 240mm AIO coolers and I've never really understood why. Doesn't help that most products have RGB and non-RGB versions now too.

Ah well, choice never hurts if you ask me, just takes a bit more time.

Just a pain when companies create products in order to stay relevant as it generally means everyone gets something mediocre, I would much prefer just a few QUALITY products from each company, but I think that is a pipe dream lol.

No, that's a perfectly reasonable feeling and attitude in my opinion. At a certain point it's just down to build quality and aesthetics as the performance is comparable.

Never heard of TechN. Are they well known?
