Yeah, that was the first website I've ever come across that mentions that Freeport concert; from what I remember, it wasn't crowded at all and could have been an impromptu get together by the three bands before they played Woodstock. Most of the crowd were bikers--I'll have to ask my brother if he remembers more about that concert.

Yea, Cornell could wail. I saw Black hole sun a Soundgarden tribute band about 3 years back here in Asheville at the Orange peel. They were very good. I was shocked.
