  1. Sounds like you are getting some solid advice. As far as the water cooling components, please don't pull the trigger without confirming your list here first. Need to discuss fittings and that Corsair D5/res is not your best option. Aqua computer and Bitspower beat it hands down, the D5 is also gimped on power as well. Also, those Corsair radiators are just rebranded Hardware Labs rads with a marked up price tag.
  2. Ok, that is a sizable budget. Most water cooling parts will continue in service long after the first generation you buy them for, so the 2080Ti block will go, the rad, pump, res, and fittings will transplant to your next build. As far as rads go, I mostly run Alpha cool rads, which are dirty, but effective. Hardware labs would be my second choice. The copper fins you are worried about oxidizing would not be an issue unless they were constantly wet which would not be a result of loop temperature because it can't go below ambient (Dew Point) and create condensation. In order for that to happen you would need a chiller or more exotic cooling solutions. It's possible in an humid environment, but unlikely as the fans blowing air through the rad "should" evaporate some/most left on the surface. I really don't know if it would oxidize over a few years naturally though
  3. The Aqua Computer rads are top quality and that HK block for the 2080Ti is great. Before I make any suggestions here, is there a budget? Unfortunately the O11 case is a hotbox for water cooling without some modifications.
  4. Hey there Dino! Welcome to EHW! Once you are ready to start looking at parts, make a thread and we'll help you out.
  5. It was a folding stretch of time/competition that we designated towards the cause. The site periodically will create new badges for little mini participation events like that. If you click on the badge it will take you to the page that explains the event.
  6. There is a huge problem with your F@H program, it mistakenly says you are folding as "Bigred" not "Avacado", please correct this issue asap.
  7. My bad, I thought the limit was for premium was 2GB, not 1.5 GB. Sigh.
  8. Totally understand. Increasing file limits does open Pandora's box though and create the potential for consistent storage additions server side should we begin to gain membership and more people upload files.
  9. @ENTERPRISEReminder to correct total attachment upload sizes after recent increase in the OP. Can delete this post.
  10. File upload limit is set to 2 GB for platinum mebership, but the PER post total limit is 53.71MB. They are two separate things. The only person that could increase the individual post limit would be @ENTERPRISE, though I don't know why he would as we would certainly understand a double or triple post if you needed to get more than a few images posted. The other option would be to create a gallery here on the site and link it.
  11. That is correct, maximum per post "Total" file size limit is 53.71MB. Sir B is right that total attachment size is account bound, but as staff you are already or should be at Platinum membership. The membership upload limit has no correlation to post limit. You could always consider making multiple posts to get your images across.
  12. Awesome! You know we are all here if there is anything we can do to help!
  13. Not sure on continued X1 support. I would imagine it is there for every generation they made and that should be it. As far as Afterburner, MSI said in the article that they would try to continue support for the tool which makes sense.
  14. How are we doing with all of this @ENTERPRISE? Just want to make sure you have everything you need for the overhead costs for the site.
  15. Welcome David! How did you find us? We look forward to your knowledge and content.
  16. Yes, QRB is still a thing and it does take a few WU's to collect. Passkeys issued are good for life, so just find the email.
  17. No, your point's do not carry over from team to team, you start at 0 just like we all had to! There are plenty on here folding on linux based platforms that could offer some help if needed.
  18. That is a great feature for sure. I feel the same way about skewed scores reflected in official scores on HWbot as I do in the American political system (Not to start a politics debate), just caught in the middle and will go along with whatever the majority wants. Wile I am frustrated at people submitting scores that are completely unstable, most of what we do on HWbot is vastly unstable and far from a 24/7 OC. While I feel sorry for the admins over there, I do feel like adding and enforcing that feature will be tough, be it a great addition should they choose to. I think it would be interesting to enforce an artifact scanner in competitions or tournaments. People will always try to find a way to gain an edge in competition. LOD mods, software version subversion, screenshot clipping, ambient temperature tweaking and yes, even sandbagging (Annoying AF).
  19. Agree and support your decision. Lead us oh great one!
