  1. Q: What's D'Jango's favorite pants? A:
  2. "This guy thinks the 5070 is going to only be $600 " - Jensen Huang, probably
  3. looks good to me but maybe make everything but the user names white? looks cleaner imo
  4. 2 or 3 if those are the only options, but I'd rather see the time/date of the last post rather than the time/date of when the thread was created.
  5. looks kinda weird if you remove it, maybe move "Started by xxxxx" to the next line? Would give more room for the title and it'd look cleaner. If you're trying to reduce the height of the rows for more threads then then it wouldn't really solve anything tho.
  6. on topic: ew don't worry about XMP frequency, my best OCing sticks were a late production B-Die DDR4-3466 kit. but: 32GB DDR4-4000 16-16-16 B-Die for $189 32GB DDR4-4400 17-18-18 B-Die for $239 the second one is the better (XMP) bin of my current kit
  7. looks moody cus storm coming hatchet coming Razed's Visual Redemption Mod only really plays with lighting/weather and removes the vaseline smear, game looks good enough to not need much. traitor I'm still hoping for an official non-crap remaster though
  8. if your/his experience is anything like mine, then the 10850K is going to be the limitation before the board. my 10850K couldn't run my RAM over 3733 and it needed >1.35v to get 5.0. if you want a "guaranteed" DDR4-4600 board then you need a good 2 DIMM board ($$$). Apex, Dark, etc. Just don't grab the Tachyon, it's a 2 DIMMer but it's not great. The majority of 4 DIMM boards will top out ~4000-4400 stable. edit: used Apex for $199? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  9. ayo im replaying rdr2 too me and da bois
  10. break your OS if you install it wrong ... maybe? all it does it port over some (all?) of the features of the Linux "OSD" (fan/power control, button mapping, performance overlay, etc) to Windows. the only marginally dangerous thing is power control but the limits aren't removed, it should still have the same cap regardless if you're in Linux/Windows. edit: Fish
  11. SteamDeck + Windows + Steam Deck Tools = just ask @cscoder4ever
  12. Oregon Trail, Chips Challenge, SkiFree, and JezzBall = Pook Zork = D'Jango
  13. old versions check after installing, and any version moderately recent (past 5+ years?) will force you to update to the latest before installing. probably not impossible to work around (find a very old version and stick to offline mode?) but it'd be a PITA at best. pretty sure Steam requires offline accounts to log in every once in a while for verification and that might break something.
  14. kind of sounds like you're saying K8 can't install Windows 10 x86 teehee I assume the biggest hurdle for retro builds is GPU drivers more than the bloated OS tho. I still don't understand why I can download a 3080 Ti Windows 8.1 driver but a 6600 GT can't get a W10 driver.
  15. Core 2 Duo/Quad definitely works out of the box, 64-bit or otherwise. Windows 10 32 bit does work on Clawhammer. 64-bit you're SOL. *edit*: at least it does on older versions, dunno if you can get 22H2 working.
  16. so Rockstar (tried?) to slap OpenIV with a cease and desist but they're OK with this? hopefully it actually comes out. it's what the Definitive Editions should've been.
  17. 1.9 is for women and children me for scale: check and mate
