  1. Of course McMaster has some, why didn't I think of that lol
  2. I'm actually getting close to needing some myself, though I am in the US. I've assumed I'll be able to find something suitable on Amazon, but if anyone has any better recommendations I'm open to some.
  3. Think you have some tags a little mixed up, fortunately I haven't blown anything up just yet. Thanks though! Congrats yourself! 100M PPD is... mind-boggling, frankly. Absolutely ridiculous, in the best way possible.
  4. Hit 3B points for EHW a few days ago before I lost internet at my apartment for both 2080 Tis for around 24 hours, and we're on track to be the #100 team by the end of the week. Good stuff guys!
  5. Always good to have more folks folding for the team. I'll start poking around more for additional potential participants, but if that doesn't work out, I should be able to reliably enter a second GPU to temporarily fold in place of a third team member, if we're still okay with that.
  6. Indeed, massive milestone. Hah! To think I once thought I'd catch up... And congrats to you @firedfly for the 3 billion milestone (and passing me)! Lots of big numbers all around.
  7. Nice! What games are you planning on playing with the set?
  8. Seconding this. MK7 Golf lights, or at least the facelift ones, are absurdly bright.
  9. Interesting, only benefits I see over something like a pair of 3080 Tis is lower power, cooling, and space requirements. But at that price difference, it's probably worth the drawbacks of two larger cards in most cases.
  10. Ah yeah, if I had a higher data cap/unlimited data I'd definitely do something similar in those situations. Good news is we're back up and running. Based on the text updates I received, it took the 14 hours to start assessing the situation, and less than 30 minutes to fix it. Could be worse but looks a bit silly.
  11. Unfortunately it seems like I'll be missing a large chunk of points by the end of the day. Internet at my apartment went out a little over 12 hours ago, and I have no idea when it'll be back, so no new WUs for either 2080 Ti.
  12. Congrats @BWG indeed! Great milestone.
  13. Did autocross last weekend in one of the parking lots on campus, set up by the sports car club. Mediocre course but it was fun nonetheless, first time doing so in the Alltrack as well. Four runs total, beat my original goal, set a new one, then beat that too. Lots of cool cars out there as well, including a '66 Mustang "parts car" with pushrod rear suspension. Other noteworthy cars included a bagged Honda Ridgeline and a Jeep Trackhawk with roughly 840 HP to the wheels. I was the only wagon though. I just have two really crap videos of my last two runs. First one (run 3/4) was taken by someone else and they sent the video over Slack, which butchered the quality. I'm asking him to send it differently so it looks decent. Second one (4/4) is just raw dashcam footage with the wrong date and delayed audio because I'm lazy and that's all I had hard mounted.
  14. Nice! We're still looking pretty good in the standings too, but only a few days to go.
  15. Went to my first Nascar race last weekend with the gf at the Charlotte Roval (infield road course, not full oval), and had a fantastic time. Very pleased with the seats I picked, and the late race drama was really cool to experience in person with the crowd. Only got one picture and no videos because I was too busy enjoying the race, but I suppose that's not such a bad thing. Couldn't have asked for better weather either. About to buy Petit tickets too. Anyone else planning on going?
  16. Not a bad idea at all, I'll definitely consider compiling something similar. RIP.
  17. Back up and folding as of earlier today, but I managed to forget to save my OC profile so I have to fiddle with that again.
  18. Didn't have a lot of time to mess with my folding rig today like I'd hoped, so it's still down, funnily enough I got roped into working on my dad's PC instead. Will get to it tomorrow.
  19. Congrats! You're closing in on me at an alarming rate, haha!
  20. Long story short, I was messing with some other stuff on my folding computer since I use it as a game server, and F@H isn't running and I'm no longer able to remote into it. In a very fortunate turn of events, I've been planning on going home tomorrow, so I should be able to get it back up and running in the evening. Hopefully less than 24 hours of downtime.
  21. Thanks! I'm quite happy with it, all things considered. And yes, it's a solid general design for scaling up (or down, even). There was a customizable screw/hardware tray with spots for magnets under each cup that somewhat inspired my design after the customizer didn't work for me. I'll probably re-dimension mine and add a few more compartments to more or less just mimic the original hardware tray since I was interested in it in the first place.
  22. Also tried printing molds to do layups directly on. Just a little test piece made up of three prints held together with wooden dowels and epoxy, will try scaling up soon. Just a few layers of fiberglass, and the first run ended up turning out really well! Also designed and printed this pointlessly over-complicated pencil box with a magnetic lid for some reason.
