  1. Ah, sounds good. I'll have a look when I get back to my apartment later today; I haven't set that PC up to remote into.
  2. Sheet updated; what a collection! Thanks for posting with photos, I really like the variety you have. I think you're just missing some split board action.
  3. Thank you! I still don't think I'm quite used to the PPD I'm putting out (even though I've been in this ballpark for well over a year now), so I'm flying through milestones faster than I realize lol.
  4. That PC is on Windows and since folding is very much a secondary thing on that PC, I don't even know if I have HFM on it. Can you pull logs from the base F@H software? Otherwise I'd be fine with just using averages. Sorry for putting extra work on you guys.
  5. I noticed that I'm suspiciously ahead with my 1070 Ti in ETF so I had a look, and sure enough, my stupid self didn't switch passkeys back to my default on my 2080 Ti when I made the GPU swap for the competition. I know my OC on my 1070 Ti is pretty good, but it's not "1070 Ti + 2080 Ti" good. I swapped passkeys off so I should be set up correctly now. What do you guys want to do in regards to the idiotic lead I've amassed already?
  6. Whoops! I think I assumed that was the board that you sold, but looking again, it was a different model. Didn't know there was more than one. What switches?
  7. Yeah exactly. Unclear on details but the fact that we're talking about it as a possibility isn't really a good thing for them.
  8. Obviously Youtube/Google has motivation to shut this sort of stuff down, but I heard that Vanced (apparently even jokingly) attempted to sell a themed NFT and that's what did it. Probably wasn't the best move since that suddenly directly involves money.
  9. Ah yeah I forgot about the XL. I'm definitely interested in it too since I love the idea of multi-extrusion for both multicolor and multimaterial (thinking about dissolvable supports) printing. I already find the MK3 pretty inviting looking, but I really don't have a need for one considering the two printers I already have.
  10. Not worth the extra cost. I never used my OCN email and I think I should have one here but I never use it either. I already have four addresses that I keep track of and use daily, so for me it's not terribly useful.
  11. I definitely agree that Creality printers are more tinker friendly and are more customizable since I have two of them, but after lightly working with (but mostly watching others work with) a Prusa MK3 at the FSAE shop, I think the slicer isn't too bad, and I've actually been considering switching to it, or at least giving it a try, from Cura. That seems to line up with what I've seen online as of late. I do agree that the customer community is a lot smaller for Prusa printers, but you'd get much better manufacturer support I think, and the quality of the customer-base help might be better since it's more of a premium product. Nice coincidental timing though, late last night I just bought a Micro Swiss hotend for my CR-10S Pro after the original one finally clogged the hell out of itself, and I can't be bothered to clean the mediocre original. Thought I'd take the opportunity to upgrade and finally replace the dying 4020 fan on it too. Motor runs fine but the bearing is probably shot, almost every time I start a print and it spins up, I have to stabilize the hub with my finger and then it operates normally once it gets up to speed. Really annoying though, worth the $10 to replace.
  12. I used SQL (not quite the same as SQL server, but I imagine it's similar to some degree) for roughly a year when I did a few co-op rotations a couple years ago working for BMW. Prior to that, 90% of my programming experience was in C. Maybe it's because of that background, teaching myself SQL was extremely weird, but once I got used to it, I found it to be pretty neat. Though, I used it pretty much exclusively within Oracle Apex I think it was, so I may not have gotten the full picture.
  13. Just noticed this thread. I don't feel terribly confident in my technical knowledge (at least without seeing an example of what's expected) since I've only been casually involved in the tech scene for the past few years, but I'm fairly happy with my own writing abilities. I'd be happy to work with someone who has the opposite problem or to just proofread or brush up something someone else has written.
  14. Thanks for sharing! That's a hilarious amount of stuff included.
  15. indeed, and I'll try to pick up on anomalies on the score site myself so we don't have to rely on other teams pointing things out haha.
  16. Yeah, that was my main thought as well. Then I'd just want some custom sleeved cables, but it'd probably look fantastic.
  17. Interesting, hopefully this is successful enough that they branch out and do more cases (ideally some smaller ones) with this system. Would be really cool as a space-saving thing.
  18. This is neat, I'm glad somebody did this since I saw it on sale a month or two ago and I was tempted and very intrigued, but I had no good use for it. Any thoughts on the unique cabling system itself?
  19. Nice, thanks for putting the prize up for grabs and congrats to @firedfly for snagging it.
  20. And further: https://videocardz.com/newz/nvidia-dlss-source-code-leaks-as-a-result-of-cyberattack-on-companys-servers
  21. Further development: https://videocardz.com/newz/hacking-group-threatens-to-leak-nvidia-gpu-driver-and-firmware-data-already-selling-ga102-104-lhr-algorithm-bypass Notably: "...which means that the group has allegedly found the algorithm that was responsible for the crypto mining hash rate limiter implemented into the RTX 30 series last year."
  22. I certainly wouldn't complain about that if it doesn't create additional issues for you.
  23. Ah, thanks for pointing that out. I really should check on the stats site more often. I'll bug him on Discord tomorrow morning; I don't think he checks on the forums too often.
