  1. Well OK !! LOL here goes! Got stuck bad in sand, first two pics. LOL dumbo me. Window coverings, worked out better than I expected and provided 99% blackout, which was REAL nice. Camped out with bud @ Palisades in Idaho/Wyoming. Next is parked for day trek in Rainbow Canyon, NV. Interior when I bought it and removed TV (top middle) to replace with Duracell batter/generator/AC/USB. Removed middle seats, left couch/bench for bed. Next is camped out in Pintado Canyon. You know where that is? Where the Ancient Alien guys went. Kokopeli, etc. I visited all of them.... pretty cool sites. Dark red pic camped out... in a pit! Oregon outside of Bend. And..... Zoe... my 12 year road dog. The BEST. She's a coydog. Heeler/coyote. No mean bones in body and sweet as could be. Would've lost my mind if she didn't travel with me..
  2. Am I allowed (or given the green light lol) to post a pic of my beat up old 2001 Dodge Ram Van that I toured the west in? It's a cargo van now... LMAO. ??
  3. I watched some vids and read a couple of articles on this - PRETTY DAMN SWEET. It's .... about time. Can't wait for the next step / leap in cooling solutions (or new materials I guess).
  4. Definitely Costco is great in the customer service department, for sure! And yep, can't go wrong with the ASUS builds either, love my ROG kits.
  5. I've got a 2020 MSI GE75 Raider from Costco - highly recommend looking at MSi gaming lappys as they are built well, last well, and easily up-gradable. I have added a second NVME + SATA SDD; went from 16 to 32GB ram and with a decent laptop cooler and built in 6000+ RPM fans, this thing has treated me pretty damn well on the road and otherwise. Just 2 cents to throw in the pot.... and buying from Costco has LOTS of advantages and few if any disadvantages....
  6. So now you gotta find the extremely COLLECTIBLE ones - like the ones with artwork in stuff. I have a few but not an avid collector. Pretty cool collection and I suggest you keep going! You know, so you'll have enough to light the house of cards on fire once it finally collapses...
  7. Love the lyrics and the tempo. Just hits me personally. Plus love Strung Out anyway...
  8. ABSOLUTE GOLD, NO PLATINUM, NO MERCURY, NO EVERY GOD DAMNED HARD TO MINE SPECIAL MINERAL THERE IS
  9. Been reminiscing my youthful punk rock days. Enjoy.
  10. Oh that's pretty intense for you; that's the REAL deal. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, eh!
  11. This is imperative information for those of us who side-gig PC related work including recovery/data protections. Thanks LordXeb!
  12. Well you know, not a ROLEX, but I mean at least something, right!?!?!?! Like, I dunno... a CPU, a GPU, SSD.... SOMETHING. Yeah I'm doing my damnedest to get settled. I'm back where I started in NW Nevada, but aiming to make it no more than a year or 1.5 at best. Got some stuff I need to handle and then ... as they say.... I'M FREE to find the next place I'd rather call home.
  13. I'm not nearly as active as I was previously and OCN was a fantastic place to learn and share. Your efforts spoke to the core of the forum E! It hasn't and won't be anything like it once was, thankfully you have EXHW now - which as many have stated will be a home for those of us who miss what OCN once was. Soon as I'm settled again and setup I'll be able to contribute more. Long era, and for 19 years of service they should at LEAST do something more than just give you notice. Hopefully something, just something. Ever so something. Cheers E we're all glad to be here with ya!
  14. Seen, heard, welcome to the other place with the reminiscent face!
  15. In light of Principia Discordia, Hail Eris and may the solstice have been in your favor, good fellows and felines of this very merry community!
  16. I like the behind the scenes in this story and hope that it actually gains more widespread attention and attrition. The fact that they sold IOU's for bitcoin and eth without even having any to back with, let alone not having anywhere near the amount of capital needed for payouts (regardless of the coins), is the biggest most important point of the story. If you leave your crypto in someone else's hands (eg; exchange company), that's on you when this kinda ish happens. However, I doubt anyone thought they wouldn't be able to get a payout as they had faith in the company holding enough capital to cover - which of course they didn't - because they weren't actually exchanging crypto. Much like how Wallstreet will sell you fractional IOU's, fake shares, and (likely) a whole giant host of other insanely nefarious financial mischief we haven't uncovered yet. When, just WHEN will this kind of - dare I say - SCAM..... finally see the blackest dead of dark instead of the brilliant light of day it's seeing now? Just wait until pension funds plummet. Just wait. If you think it's crazy now, just wait until the police union funds dry up because some schmuck dark pooled the ish outta them.
  17. Hope something along these lines are implemented soon. Great video, thanks for sharing.
  18. Get well soon! All the very best from the cosmos to you!
  19. MSI Raider GE75 - specifically the 10SE model (thanks Costco!) Working well, but fans should be at 6000+ RPM on their 'full speed' mode. Have cleaned them out a few times and get better temps/results and short of repasting (which I'm not inclined to do right now) is there anything I can do to get them back to their original 6000+ RPM's? There are (2) fans one on each side and currently after last cleaning one is at 5500~ and the other at 5200~. Am I doing it wrong? lol... Oiling? Swapping seems like huge project for little return investment . . . Anyone have experience with this kinda thing?
