E-ATX Bench

does anyone know of an open air bench that doesnt ship and take a month or two from china, that will fit this:

 

E-ATX intel server motherboard

ATX power supply

2 HDDs/SSDs (either or is fine)

had built in power buttons and MAYBE front USB (front usb is optional, only a convenience item)

Did you try to reaching out to Rich @ Spotswood? He does make a test bench (tech station) that should suit your needs.
