Indium Thermal Pads?

I get random emails from these shops and this one caught my interest. I did not know they made these. Anyone ever tried one?

I have not used them personally, but it seems like overkill "IF" the rated specifications are true. You are also introducing 2 extra layers of thermal transfer. RAM IC > TIM > Indium pad > TIM > Heatsink. 

 

I wager it wouldn't be much better than using a really good 11 or 18w/mk pad that is the traditional RAM IC > Pad > Heatsink model.

 

It is a curious product though. It's liquid metal in a pliable solid format.
