Windows 11 pagefile size?

Just curious to s ee what your opinion is on my pagefile size.  My PC has 32gb and page file is set to 2048...  Thought it should be close to 5Gb but this version of win11 seems to think different.  Should I set it higher or leave it as is?  Ive always noticed my HDD activity light is always blinking and ZERO background apps are running and thought id ask if maybe this has anything to do with it.  Thank you

system managed = dynamic, if it needs more it'll use more. it's just currently using 2048. 

 

just leave it on auto.

Back in the day I got caught up in the whole "Let's play with the Pagefile" and found ultimately, there are no gains in changing it and letting Windows manage it was best. To be perfectly honest, Windows does a good job at not being overzealous with the PF size.

The more ram you have the less page file matter.

 

I played battlefield 4 with 8gb ram and a hdd and stuttered like mad. Same thing with 4gb ram and a fast ssd was smooth.
