NWR: PNY Denies Warranty on 4090 for no reason

Note:  NWR is a GPU repair company and has been in business for years, and he's very highly rated.  I would absolutely trust his opinion on something like this.  I wouldn't normally say a youtube video is worthy of a news story, but I'd argue actual professionals should get coverage. 🙂
