When it comes to benchmarks. In short, RTX 4070 SUPER is 7% slower than RTX 4070 Ti and 18% faster than RTX 4070 in these tests, on average. The SUPER model is 15% to 19% faster than RTX 4070 and 8% to 5% slower than the Ti version. One should remember that NVIDIA will be phasing out its RTX 4070 Ti model once RTX 4070 Ti SUPER is launched next week. At the same time, the RTX 4070 SUPER will not be replaced by the RTX 4070. Instead, the latter will get an official price adjustment to $549, which was more or less the price for many 4070’s for weeks.

Extremely similar to Turing Super refresh then. 2060 and 2060 Super stayed around in tandem while 2060 Super was single digital percentage slower than the original 2070. Meanwhile the 2070 Super was single digit percentages slower than the 2080 and the original 2070 was EOL'd. And then the 2080  also got EOL'd for the 2080 Super which was marginally faster as the fully unlocked TU104 chip.

Almost like this should have been your original lineup Nvidia ðŸ¤”

Will be interesting to see where AIB card prices end up landing on average for this.

If history is repeating itself, Blackwell should be the new Ampere and I'll wait for the "$500" "$600" 4090 called the 5070 with 15.5GB VRAM and DLSS 4 in early 2025. Thanks XD.
