How to limit the CPU TDP & TDC on AM4 Ryzen with ASUS X570i gaming motherboard?

Look in the AMD Overclocking section in the BIOS and look within PBO (Precision Boost Optimizer) section and here you can set the values to either manual or set it to motherboard limits etc.

Thanks I'll look around for PPT Package Power Tracking & TDC & EDC I think too.

Not sure on that one. Have you tried a different BIOS to see if that behaviour is possibly a bug in a newer/older BIOS?
