I made this R9 290 Reference VBIOS with Custom Thermal Policy Array, test it out, let me know what ya think, fellow, enthusiasts?

This is what I'm running now about 1925mhz memory @ 850mv vddci @ 1350mv mvddc @ 205w @ 79C hotspot. It's hitting over 2,200mhz at times on the core, amazing bios here.
