  1. So nobody ever tried to run 4 2080Ti's for a benchmark? That surprises me.. Pretty nice though, lots of points for you and EHW Same goes for the W2100, I need a few of those weird cards too
  2. Congrats @BWG , 1 billion points for #EHW
  3. Almost everything is online, one last card to add to a system. I just came home and it's pretty warm inside, even with the windows slightly opened. I have no idea what I'm drawing at this moment, but it's expensive I'm glad I don't have to pay for that with our price per kWh...
  4. Those tubes look big compared to a K5000 and a 960 Nice, so you guy's will take first place back? I'm really happy with how the 3060 performs in the ETF!
  5. Zeeland is also one of our counties, but still... Greg should know better Banned for defending @BWG
  6. Are you for real? Banned for not knowing we drive on the right side of the road too!
  7. So you mean my front radiator could actually be in the back of my system?
  8. You could try zeemeeuw, doesn't have the same ring to it either though bant
  9. That's what I love about all those European water cooling manufacturers, they are on 'our' side of the water
  10. Looks good @BWG! Update on the 3060Ti in the ETF case, did not work so well. Both cards dropped a few points per day, 2080Ti maybe because of going from 3.0 x16 to 3.0 x8 and the 3060Ti because of a power limit applied to keep the temps under 70°C because of the higher ambient temps in that case. So I decided to change hardware and go for the 3060 LHR instead, card runs cool with a +250mhz OC on the core (2175mhz avg).
  11. I use these: 4-pin PWM Splitter and they do the job. I think I have 8 of those spread out over the house, even the M-ITX build has one. The Bloat/Spy/sh.tware is something that drives me crazy, and not only from Corsair but also all the other stuff. It either takes 2 weeks to load, or it crashes, can't save a profile to the hardware, uses my GPU while running (bad for F@H) and so on. €1400 for a 3080Ti is a good deal compared for what they usually go for here. (cheapest = €1699) The cheapest EVGA 3080Ti I could get from their store would be a little over €1300.
  12. That's weird, I have red PWM ML140's which work perfectly fine on a basic PWM hub/splitter (1 fan signal in, 1 sata in, 10x pwm out). The RGB ML's have a separate PWM and RGB cable, I run those on the Commander Pro / RGB controllers. I hate iCue/Link, but after setting up a profile and saving it to the Commander I just uninstall the software
  13. yeah, it's so easy to move it around! Even outside the room, I can just move the system to the living room if I want and it only has one power plug to get it all up and running. And a small update, a coworker was working on some floors for an engine room so he cut a 100x40cm diamond plate for me. It saved me some trouble and I offered to help him with his slow laptop in return. I sandblasted a little test piece which looked pretty good, so I did the whole plate. It looks pretty good imo, just needs some support in the middle before I put weight on it. [edit] Daylight picture, still bad quality. (I need a better camera..)
  14. That's some creative stuff guys! It gives me so many idea's, like a 130lb 3ft conrod headset stand or something like that? Sorry to hear about your TBI/eye/ear @Soulpatch I hope it doesn't bother you too much.
  15. That's a lot of cooling hardware! I've been working on the new system with 16 fans(RGB+PWM) on the front radiators alone, and that's not something I like to do. 42 is an even bigger pain in the ...
  16. Welcome to the forums!
  17. That's a sweet looking build! A few 5-packs left.... I've been running out of ML fans a few times now, so I have around 40 of those too at this moment..
  18. Thanks, progress is a bit slow though (same as all my builds actually ). The casters are really easy, I like to move the system out of the way if I'm cleaning the room and it makes it easy to work on the system too.
  19. Well, this system is still being used, adjusted from time to time and waiting for the PSU box. My brother in law was at a birthday a few days ago and mentioned it himself, so I hope he'll start working on it soon There are a few updates, and I'll show what it looks like at the moment: First of all, this is what the system looks like right now (the desk light really helps at night): The GPU's, from left to right: 3060, 3070Ti, 2080Super, 3080Ti. Soon the air cooled 3090 will join them: A new power strip, the cable from the old one was a bit warm with 5 GPU's pulling close to 2kWh.. (I thought I cleaned up the cables, but it still looks like a "rat's nest" ) An extra fan with a DimasTech FlexFan 140 mount to blow some air on the motherboard: New caster wheels, the old ones are plastic and smaller diameter which makes it hard to roll the system: I'm thinking about making a diamond plate between the bottom profiles so it has some sort of storage, maybe the sides and back too which will give it more of a cabinet look. The bottom is easy, the plate will rest on the caster wheel mounting plates. The sides and back will be a bit harder to attach. If the aluminium diamond plate is sandblasted it'll look almost the same as the profiles. That's it for now, the system is running great *knocks on wood* and has been a workhorse as far as folding, benchmarking/overclocking and testing/switching hardware goes.
  20. The idea of having a CPU with iGPU, an SSD with a "memory" partition on a Micro-ITX board sounds pretty practical to me
  21. Not sure if my wall socket will survive the powerdraw from that beast I've never seen that viral video until a moment ago, because I've seen those memes pop up everywhere not knowing what it was I had to look it up
  22. I did that a few times until I was tired and wrote the OC's down for every card I have (max oc, gaming, folding etc). A few days ago I added all the OC/benchmark results to a spreadsheet where I also keep track of power consumption, just an idea
