  1. '2-3 weeks' I hope to have my current system taken apart, and the new system build by that time
  2. Function over form, always! I bet that works pretty good as long as the wind isn't directly on that window.
  3. I'm glad it works too, first try and the video you posted made it easy! This looks a lot better than all those 'spoilers'
  4. Oh yeah, it takes only one update to cause a lot of damage.. I've had enough problems at work caused by a variety of updates, not only from Windows. I'm glad I noticed, I installed the updates and disabled the Windows update service again.
  5. @damric I just noticed that the update service was active again (on 3 systems), so even with the method I mentioned Windows finds a way to force those updates down your throat. At least it lasts a little longer than with the service enabled.
  6. OP updated, embedded the spreadsheet. Thanks for saving me time too
  7. I bet he's not going to do that, 10 days is a lot of lost profit
  8. Thanks E, I look forward to giving this a try
  9. Can we add 'Team total' to the spreadsheet? I'd love to see that without having to add them all up by myself
  10. Thanks for the kind words and welcome here! Sadly this project is a bit on a sidetrack because of time and the fact that it doesn't play nice with other cards. I'll pick it up sooner or later... And I see the images are broken here, I'll add it to my to-do list. [fixed]
  11. Welcome @Scougar, enjoy your time on the forums
  12. I agree that this place has fueled my enthusiasm even more, and I'm happy to be back doing this stuff which I really enjoy 100 mil is just crazy, here is a virtual pat on your back Now if you'd only let one of those 3080Ti's run 24/7.... More = better
  13. I added the card Done Don't forget to show us a picture when you have it up and running! You might deserve it, but after such a nice write up I don't really mind waiting a bit Lots of nice cards, I added almost all of them. The 980SC is not badass enough And I agree that the air cooled 2080Ti could use some cleaning, I bet it'll be a lot cooler with higher boost clocks!
  14. Impossible to keep up with you guys... Nice, any pics from the bike?
  15. Get well soon And if you ever feel like it you should setup a website for yourself to track the folding, with some help from @firedfly and @BWG you'll have a really easy way to check on the system(s).
  16. Great news E, I'm happy to hear it worked out for you. Good luck with the new job
  17. A mug would be cool, that would replace my Hoonigan coffee mug on my dashboard every other day to work And stickers, I would really like to have one for the upcoming 1000D build and one for the workstation! (and a small one for the m-itx build)
  18. That 980 is a nice GPU for the ETF, just saying Nice updates J
  19. I would like to go AMD for the CPU (5600G?), with a Silverstone 240 AIO or air if I want keep it cheaper. PSU also Silverstone, I need something a little smaller than my spare 850W to fit (almost, just a little tight for the cables). GPU is either going to be my 3060 or the M40 (iGPU for display), the M40 would be a good idea because that one doesn't play nice with other drivers/cards in my workstation but the 3060 looks way better in there. As for the motherboard I'm still not sure, it's easy to make it an expensive build with a high end motherboard which I most likely don't need. I'm not sure if my hardware would survive if I'd let her build the system..
  20. It certainly is! I could not resist and gave it a quick teardown. I'm really impressed with how easy it is to work on a small case like this, the options you have and how much space there is for a GPU. Same, and way sooner than I imagined
