  1. So, it is at 9K as of this post, I reckon it may get to 10.5K.
  2. Good luck, Deep Pockets and a certain level madness
  3. Yeah they will do, so long as you have an account, bid and pay if you win...its yours.
  4. Yup its great to see! I reckon it will surpass 10K.
  5. Im using 1.29v :). I have hit the OC wall on this CPU as I would need far too much voltage to get higher clocks and the temp spikes are too much.
  6. Not a bad shout. I would be happy to look at a run of case badges, their quality looks decent! May look into Mugs or something similar. Clothing I may consider next time.
  7. Well, with respect to my 5950X, I can achieve 4.7Ghz on CCX0 and 4.5Ghz on CCX1. So I reckon what you are looking to achieve on your 5900x is realistic.
  8. Ahh, well to be fair, the proceeds are going to charity so that is cool, at least it is not going directly into the pocket of someone who should not technically be selling this GPU. If I had the cash, I would be tempted. Would be good for folding lol.
  9. Fake or not, this would not be at all surprising. People love collectors items, especially ones that have such a limited run...from a company that has left the market.
  10. The marketplace has been fleshed out a little so that all categories follow the same layout. I have also added a Freebies section so that those who are wanting to give away items can in this section without hassle. The "Other" section has also been appended to each category
  11. This is a step in the right direction but ultimately apple still controls how the parts are supplied, which is still the issue.
  12. Will add some additional categories tomorrow, including an "other" section.
  13. Great work on the bot bud
  14. I will look to add more categories , however as of this evening I have added Peripherals, Monitors & Games Consoles.
  15. Happy for people to use the Logo for "Member Made" merchandise If we look to do something on a more permanent basis then will look to check the quality with people.
  16. Then I can only pity those individuals at TPU!
  17. Never really understood how anyone can be at odds with someone over a case, all comes down to personal preference of looks and setup. The same applies for cars etc, certainly nothing to get mad over
  18. EHW Merch is something that I would likely do very limited runs on, as apposed to having an always open shop like experience. Mainly due to the manpower my end to get everything sorted and shipped is not something I would like to do as a long term thing. This would be more of a purchasing a certain amount of T-Shirts, Mugs , caps etc at limited stock, then once it is gone, its gone, until the next time we choose to do a merch run.
  19. After having a look into this and looking at some averages, I have decided to make the MP more accessible for non premium accounts by bringing the requirement down to 45 Thanks/Respect points
  20. Going from past and current Overclocking experiences, CPU degradation happens over a LONG period of time. The only time you will quickly damage the CPU is if you push an insane voltage through it, and I mean insane in order to murder it instantly/quickly. You can get degradation (like any hardware) if you run a CPU over its recommended V-core/Other voltage specs, but this happen over a very long period of time. No way would CPU degradation be achieved through your friends scenario. The boot issues is due to the wrong OC settings from either CPU or Memory. This is the silicon lottery, you can get anything to boot once on a dodgy voltage if you are lucky, but may never boot again at the voltage, that is just luck of the draw and poor OC settings, not a damaged CPU. The 13th gen is not any different from any other CPU so far as fragility. You have to treat it a little differently so far as Overclocking it successfully, but that is it. It will not die just looking at it haha.
  21. I would love to go AMD if they were on the same level as Nvidia productivity wise. Perhaps on my next upgrade I will consider an AMD GPU as Nvidia pricing is getting a little out of hand and perhaps it will be a decent tradeoff.
