  1. I've had att fiber for the last 4 years. A few minor issues that they resolved eventually. I won't willingly move somewhere again that I have to use Comcast. Att has been $80/mo for gigabit fiber from the start...without data caps. It was always a hassle to get decent pricing at Comcast... Every year. Never again.
  2. January 30 for the 5080 and 5090. 5070 and 5070ti are February (no specific date)
  3. If the guy you bought it from will ever ship it... That guy's being a slacker!
  4. Do you want to contribute to this year's Team Cup but don't have much time or hardware? GOOD NEWS! You can contribute to this year's dogpile. We need 200 (yes TWO HUNDRED) submissions for this! As it has been mentioned above, having all subs for a category is better than high subs with some subs missing. So, sub the Reference Frequency benchmark for every computer you have access to. If you are able to boost the FSB/BCLK, great! If it is stock, great! For this bench, all you need is CPU-Z and the official competition background. If anyone has questions on how to sub for the dogpile, let me know and I can try to add a step-by-step guide. Get those subs in! https://hwbot.org/competition/HWBOT Team CUP 2024 - Miscellaenous/stage/5833_dogpile_reference_frequency_-_no_limits

  6. To be fair, mine got dirty when I wore it driving a TANK through a mud pit. I'm not going to blame the hat on that one
  7. @ENTERPRISE Is it possible to get a ball cap in gray? I would prefer a grey one to the white one as well.
  8. I updated the title to include the year. The post is now pinned as well.
  9. I didn't know this thread contained a horror story within! If you ever want to improve the flavor of your coffee, freshly ground is the first step I'd take. You don't need to get an expensive grinder either. A handheld blade grinder for ~$20 would be a huge improvement.
  10. Thanks to everyone that contributed this month! Congrats to @elblatfor the win. Final standings...
  11. Is the Kirkland brand roasted by starbucks? Historically, I've used Starbucks French or Espresso roasts for a nice dark coffee. Switched to Kirkland French Roast from Costco a while back and like it much more...and I brew it quite strong.
  12. IIRC, back in '11 the top 10 producers were in the 2-3mil range. Back when BigAdv on multiprocessor servers was king. If we go back even farther, in 2006 I was averaging about 540 points per WU and that WU took more than a day to complete!
  13. Summer heat + summer electric rates will have me shutting down as well. I'll likely fire up for the foldathons, though.
  14. I wouldn't say untouchable...just hard to get. Elblat is on pace to catch me in 1.5 years!
  15. "Paused by User". I assume he's waiting until it is closer to start time...
  16. When I started folding for EHW about 3 years ago, @Bastiaan_NL was in first place and untouchable. No one could come close to his PPD. Once the electric prices significantly increased where he is, he slowed down and eventually stopped folding. It took a while for me to catch him. Why's he folding in this foldathon? I pestered him and somehow convinced him that 2 days of folding wouldn't break the bank
  17. Competition begins in a little over 9 hours. With @Bastiaan_NLback for this competition, who will win?
  18. A friendly reminder that the foldathon begins in a little over 2 days! Don't forget @Fluxmaven!
  19. Forum badges have been added for all participants of our 2nd annual folding challenge. If anyone is missing their badge, let me know. This is what it looks like:
