Built this test bench today. I still have to do some grinding and file work, and I might paint it.

I have a ryzen 1200 and b450 mobo that will fold a couple old graphics cards for now.

I'm pissed that the acrylic board came with a scratch on it but I guess you won't see it when a mobo is mounted anyway. It was the most expensive part at like $20, but I never have had luck drilling holes into acrylic. I bought four 8' pieces of that aluminum angle at Lowe's and hacksawed it lol.

Daddy like. Iv'e got a semi on right now. Post MOAR pictures for a full raging.  You have the same mat on your table as I do in the basement!

Lol that's the big $24 weight lifting mat they sell at Academy sporting goods.

Oh and I'm making the mounting for that 1080 rad out of the same type of material. The case I made today was actually a test-run for that to see how much of a pain it would be. Using a hacksaw gave much cleaner results than just putting a blade on my grinder. I need to repair Michele's machine shop that her father left her. He's been deceased for almost a decade, but he left her a drill press, table saws, and some pneumatic stuff that probably just all needs new cords, belts, and hoses.

I like it.  I have a few very similar benches w/o the acrylic.  I just spaced the crossbars to match the standard ATX dimensions.

I love both of these, makes me want to set up something similar when I have the tools and space, though I don't really have a good, functional reason to.

Well my daughter just spray painted it HOT PINK. Hopefully the paint doesn't flake off of the aluminum since she didn't prep it whatsoever and aluminum hates sticking to paint lol.

I've fixed acrylic scratches with light high-grit wet sanding and a da auto-paint buffer. To be more specific, this one I fabricated into my Mustang spare tire well. I never took an after picture, but you cannot see any scratches anymore.

There I put a button on it for you.

I'll even mount it to the frame after Rachel is done painting :)

RIP $9 Thermaltake case.

There we go. Seeing that is the same as a Xanax.

I lucked out, all the X399 boards have on/reset switches directly on the board.
