It's been available in beta for a while. I have it installed and I think a few other people from here do as well. It's pretty much exactly the same as 10 with some minor visual upgrades. I haven't had any issues.

I have the latest Beta build installed and love it. Haven't really come across any bugs that affect me. Its my daily driver OS now.

You can install it now if you want to, it's very stable. All you have to do is opt into the windows insider program which you can do from the settings menu. It's really simple.

Or you Download an ISO and do it that way for a fresh install. You can just plug in your Win10 license during setup, will work fine.

Fresh install bud. With all my devices I have found it as stable as Win 10 so far.

Good to know. Will probably be out by the time I finish my new build, so maybe I go W11.

While some people across the Internet have been complaining about the lack of updates for systems with older CPUs, I'm thinking about how great it is that you essentially get Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC (at least in terms of system updates) on those machines without having to jump through any hoops.

 

11 seems like it'll be the first Windows since 7 that I don't expect to have reservations about installing with my next new computer.

You have AMD, right? There's something in the BIOS settings you need to change.

Correct. Usually you will find the settings under Secure Computing but it varies from BIOS to BIOS.

Yeah you just need to enable AMD FTPM which will be found under CPU options and ensure Secure Computing is enabled.
