And then my daily driver, Core i7 6950X clocked at 4.2GHz with 2x16GB 2666MHz DDR4 ram.

By single core score, you can tell how much has improved over the years IPC wise.

Sorry  missed this submission, I will get u added to the leaderboard tomorrow.

Just had a chance to read up on project mid life crisis. Well planned and executed from what I can see! Looks good. Don't worry about the result post any time, plus I still had the excel file open, so it was no extra work. Are you going to try to catch @J7SC_Orion?? You guys are only separated by about 200pts in multicore and 4pts in single.

I wish 🤣. Even if my latter day CPU could match his, there is far too large a gap between his skills and mine.  In the interest of full disclosure, my RAM/fclock only works because I copy/pasted his settings...

I'll go ahead and make Storm-Chaser do some extra work too, why not? :lachen:

4.3GHz all core overclock applied, RAM and IF still at 1867 on a 1:1 ratio.  Just did manual multiplier and voltage instead of PBO.  Seems like I'm getting decent improvements overall here at 4.3GHz. :wheee:

What can I say? Im a glutton for punishment! 😝

I might institute another statistic, which would be total rig count. A number of us have multiple rigs and lots of them (on the list). just an idea. I would then take all of the averages from those individual machines and see who comes out on top. Ill crunch that in my head for the next couple days and hopefully we can come up with something. or then again it might not get off the ground. lol

I will get you added tonight, fyi.

Well here's some more punishment.  Good thing you didn't add that one yet.  I found out 4.35GHz is seemingly stable on my chip! :wheee:

That should help my dinky Ryzen 5 3600 come out a LITTLE bit ahead of where it was originally with PBO at stock! 😄

EDIT:  Yup, if I did my math right, I should be right under the two 2700x's on the list, and JUST BARELY trailing that Ryzen 5600 with a total score of 4921.8.

CPU-Z bench stable only.  DOC enabled at 60A. Hysteresis 0.  1.425v set/1.306v get.  CCX0 48.75/CCX1 48.25.  233W.  71.4⁰C peak core.  16⁰C ambient.  I could not push CCX0 higher without crashing regardless of voltage (did not test above 1.475 set).  CCX1 showed performance regression above 48.25 multiplier.

When I saw mine hit 14.2k I got really curious as to what yours is truly capable of doing.  Beautiful score man 👍.

Edit: If you don't mind my asking, what was your "get" voltage at those settings?

First, a big 👍 💪 for your HWBot league 1st place run ! As to my HWBot, I was in the extreme league and haven't subbed for points in many, many, many years...I do the odd 3DMark these days, but mostly, I just like to push hardware for my own purposes.

As to keeping higher back-up scores on a thumb drive 'for later', that is true. But it is not s.th. special I invented; most (former and current) HWBotters do that - with all your HWBot Overclocker League golds, you might want to build one up yourself (if you haven't already done so) as folks will come gunning for your points and cups.

Thanks J, I was just kidding about the sandbagging though 🙂
I still don't enjoy overclocking hardware as much as you seem to do, but I do enjoy the competition side of it.

The next step of the HWBot madness is building up a database with good runs, and keeping that #1 spot. I wasn't even convinced I could grab first place (unlike @Avacado), so until that moment it was all out for gold.

Think your Celeron single core beat out my 4.6GHz OC single core 4790k.

That's the power of the new architecture, those two cores have about the same performance as an old quadcore sandy i5's (matches a stock i5 2300).

This thing when benchmarking (cinebench) draws something like 40-42W from the wall with a 80+ Gold 300W FSP unit (230V mains). Intel Claims 46W TDP.

Asrock H610M-HDV/M2 with a Samsung PM991a 256GB NVME and 4GB 2400MHz ram, keyboard + mouse.

At the same time, idles at 16-17W.
