With the Steam Deck getting closer to release, Valve has been ramping up its Compatibility Program considerably in the past few weeks. A few days ago, God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn have both become verified games, meaning that they will run on the console without any issue at launch.

Im excited about it and not even getting one. I know 100% I would not make enough use of it.

Yeah I'm trying to justify it to myself in the sense that it's a mini PC as well. If all you could do with it was game, it absolutely wouldn't be worth it for me either.

I like the idea of it. But ill wait for a 90-120hz version.
