I hear Pat Gelsinger has been envious of Jensen's leather jacket for years .

I mean, if they can do something to get mining off of GPUs again the way ASICs did for Bitcoin, sounds good to me.

 

But that's just one aspect. Mining itself is just terrible at this point from an environmental/power perspective especially now as power gets much more expensive.
