Don't think this has been posted here yet, but correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Tom's Hardware: Canadian Price Leak Puts RTX 3090 Ti at a Painful $4,000+

Remember, these are just retailer prices and aren't indicative of what Nvidia's MSRP will be at launch. Yup I knew it would be in that price bracket. There is no place for this product. Its advantages over the 3090 are very small and the price is just whack! 

 

I know people will buy it so they feel they have the best...but that feeling is probably going to be the biggest advantage of buying it lol.

Agreed; and I won't be buying it either; nor will I buy a 4090 if pricing continues its upwards trend. There's just too many other things going on right now to be overly worried about what basically amounts to epeen.

Won't matter in a few months when they drop the 4 series. Those people who had a partial chub would see a full on flattening of their E-peen.

Unless they only ever intended to mount it on a plaque on the back wall of their YouTube set after the obligatory half arsed LN2 run(s)?  This thing seems more like a high priced "collectable" than piece of hardware for the "enthusiasts".  A deluxe NFT if you will.
