LTE Home Internet Options?

pio

Recommended Posts

Curious because I know there's a few people here living rural, does anybody have any recommendations for LTE home internet options?  I've just about exhausted all the easy to find options.  Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile say there's "no service available" for their "home internet" options.  They do allow me to use hotspot here though.  The problem being, hotspot packages that I can find all have a data cap somewhere, best being about 150GB.  I've read of a few other companies like Ubifi and apparently sim cards on ebay that offer truly unlimited data.

TLDR:  Does anybody know of a good (preferrably Verizon based) LTE home internet "hotspot" option for a "heavy" data user?

so, its been 10 years, but i was able to root my android phone and get tethering for free with no cap. I cant exactly remember how i did it, but basically it took the regular incoming cell signal and fed it out without reporting tethering or hotspot on to the provider. so you're using "unlimited phone data" instead.

Premium Platinum - Lifetime

I was one of those lucky few "rural" folks to live in a zip code that was selected by the Obama administration as a test location for the ReConnect Loan and Grant Program.  I have fiber to my back door.  It actually blows the "business internet" service we have at the dealership out of the water.  I post this here not to rub salt in your wounds Pio, but as an explanation of why I, another forum member living in the "sticks", have no experience with or recommendation for a cellular internet service provider.
