The H100 GPU is a monster chip that comes packed with the latest 4nm tech and incorporates 80 Billion transistors along with the bleeding-edge HBM3 memory technology. As per the tech outlet, the H100 is built upon the PG520 PCB board which has over 30 power VRMs & a massive integral interposer that uses TSMC's CoWoS tech to combine the Hopper H100 GPU with a 6-stack HBM3 design.

I'm looking forward to watching one of those used parts budget build YouTube videos with this in it when I'm an old man.

All well and good....but can it play Crysis?

Sorry, couldn't help myself. However that is a mouth watering piece of technology. We can all have one when I win the lottery.

...s.th. for my Christmas wish list.

Also, 80 billion transistors is more than twice that of full-fat Ampere...I should invest in power-gen utilities ! HBM3 is glorious.
