Such a bummer these mods can't be used online. I don't think cheating mods should be allowed (but cheaters do it anyway). But visual mods IMHO should be allowed by Rockstar.

I like the references to the official GTA V trailers from 10 years ago in that video. That was a nice touch.

I tried it and it is pretty neat. The only two issues I noticed is that the lighting from lightning strikes is a bit glitchy and in bright light things can get a little washed out. I'm sure it would look a lot better if the game supported HDR. 

 

This mod seems to do more than just visual changes though. It definitely also makes it easier to die, so the game is harder.
