Ryzen 7950x showing up in Userbenchmark... with questionable review??

Today I found a listing in Userbenchmark showing how well the new 7950x is currently performing, likely not it's final performance, but still a hint of what to expect.  The review text caught me off guard.  I knew there was an anti-AMD bias by whoever writes the reviews, but this one really stood out to me.  Screenshot taken just in case they change it later, but here is the link.  https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/1932596/AMD-Ryzen-9-7950X-16-Core-Processor

If I'm to be honest I laughed too... I was just browsing to see if there were any new benchmarks on it since I heard that some chips had already been sold in China and found this... I wanted to capture the moment just in case they change later.

But did you see the hwbot results for an AIO cooled 7950x?

Well, they changed it... and made it worse LOL  gotta love their review teams.  Also they seem to have tweaked how the scores are calculated...again...as my 5950x scores are actually higher than they used to be on the old benchmark runs I had bookmarked, but somehow that took the 7950 score I linked in the first comment down from the 140% shown in the screenshot to 123%.  Not sure how they managed that, but just be aware when you are comparing scores that things have changed.   Screenshot of new review included for posterity.
