Always found the game graphic to be blurry and really bad. This would be a really good improvement!

...at what resolution are you playing ? At 4 K ultra / everything maxed, I find it super-crisp, at least on my NV cards (AMD not quite).  Still, if this improves it even more, I qm going to try it. Also hoping to ger some decent titles with  Unreal 5 engine. soon..Unreal 4 is already quite something.

4k oled as usual maxed out at like 30 fps my 6800xt was struggling but it ran fine.

The handlebar and the fuel tank are blurry. The building in front look like half life 2 texture upgraded.

That what i mean by ugly.

I mean it maybe not ugly. But not realistic. Like arma 3 is dull and gray but more life life than most game of those years.

And most texture are low res. And on a 48" it clearly low res when your 2ft from the display.

Am maybe crazy or getting old idk. But i prefer this.

I dunno, I was playing Cyberpunk just the other day at 5120x1440 on my 6900XT, with RT on and FSR set to "Performance" (RT lighting to medium instead of Ultra).  Played in the mid 40's+ FPS.  Seemed like an okay experience to me, the game just wasn't that exciting.

"30 fps", "and may be crazy or getting old idk" 😂 ...could be that you are, but I'll also get there soon enough.

CP 2077 was designed with the 'Bladerunner' look in mind, not to be photo-realistic. I also don't see the handlebar 'problem', noting that these pics were taken with both HDR and RTX Psycho on which makes getting good stills a bit tougher. By comparison, the road in the vid you posted above looks a blurry mess, the plants are jaggy, as are some of the lines of the Range Rover and the houses.

That said, when I feel like photorealism, I play > this which I got last year...Unreal 4 engine. From the demos I have seen about Unreal 5, we're in for a treat !

Damn that UE game is insane 😀

The jaggy are a side effect of the game being pretty old i think.

I got over 300 hundred game and can't get over cyberpunk texture and lighthing.  But am not the only one.

Reddit got lot of thread about that.

I need to retry it with chromatic disabled and that texture pack maybe it would be better but my 6800xt is clearly to the max 😅

I got some screenshot of reddit here:

Just because Cyberpunk 2077 is demanding graphically doesn't mean it visually is appealing or good. The textures and poly count on lots of key areas is shockingly low. The lighting is mostly good with RTX, however everything else ranges from decent to "is this from 2004, 2012 or 2022?"

a.) ...you were already crazy, and we're all getting old anyways, entropy and all that 😂

b.) CP2077 was a RTX release title; at 4K everything ultra, RTX (= psycho) and DLSS 'quality', it looks very different on my C1 OLED compared to (trying to) play it on my AMD 6900XT. The 4090 can even run it at TAA full RTX - that's when it becomes stunning, IMO.

CP2077_digitaltrends.jpg.91cfd2dc1aacbe081bda082de92a8d65.jpg

c.) this game has a certain genre of visuals, almost anime-like with a good portion of Bladerunner. You folks sound like chaps who go to a buffet in a restaurant with a hundred different types of foods, but you only pile on 5 pounds of horseradish - and complain that there's too much horseradish...

d.) I already linked some realistic Unreal 4 game (with anticipation about Unreal 5). When I go to a buffet in a restaurant, I take more than one thing...Here is a good helping of photorealism 'on my plate', noting that some of which are downgraded from .png to .jpg, but still...

MSFS20 is not fair. Btw their a mod to use Google Map instead of BING Map. No idea if it still working but it looked even better.

Am just complaining because the texture are low res. Am grumpy.

Grumpy ? Toothache ? yeti2.gif.4747d1dfb7cc15a46445316598d37bdb.gif

I knew about the Google map mod but figured  Microsoft had plugged that by now. In any case, MSFS 2020 is getting a lot of patches these days, and a custom-hack might throw a monkey wrench into patch / update things. BTW, AMD FSR 2 works great in MSFS 2020 even with NV cards !
