GAAP earnings per diluted share were $5.98, a jump of 21 percent from the last quarter and 629 percent from last year. The growth in non-GAAP earnings was even more impressive, with the company reporting earnings per diluted share of $6.12, up 19 percent sequentially and 461 percent year-on-year. These numbers exceeded analyst expectations, as Wall Street had anticipated adjusted EPS of $5.65 on revenue of $24.69 billion.

Highly unsurprising. Even without AI being the largest contributor, they have the market in a stranglehold with their consumer GPU both gaming and Pro.

This video is very apt....

FINANCE.YAHOO.COM

Nvidia's quarterly results blew away estimates again on Wednesday, and as the company moves to its next-generation chips its CEO sees...

"Huang added that demand for both platforms will outstrip supply well into next year, with the complexity of these chips also challenging the company's efforts to keep pace."

And I'm sure we can depend on Nvidia to keep the supply less than the demand to KEEP the price astronomically high.....

If I had the guts (or the recklessness, take your pick) to invest 10x what I already have invested in them, I'd be retired by now. As a Millennial.

There was never a realistic scenario in which I would have done that though. At most I might have put in double.
