How to participate:

During the competition you must be folding for Team 239902

Mind the EVENT START TIMER as it is UTC time zone.

 

Folding is stressful on hardware, and will often break an overclock unless it's been tested with folding. I do not recommend overclocking high end GPUs as the power draw can be extreme while folding. If anything, try tuning for energy efficiency. Casualties happen and EXTREMEHW can not be held accountable if you destroy your hardware while folding.

Well it looks like my event start button didn't save right. I'll have to redo that when I get a minute, but you all know it starts midnight UTC.

yep it's miserable here and blasting the air conditioning. At best I can probably run a couple cards at like half power.

81.3 degrees in the office currently and that's with the AC running and not folding on the 3090s. Wish I had the spare electrical capacity to install a mini split. 

 

I'm working on a silly project with a 50 series card. I'll post a build log in a bit but hopefully will have it done before the event starts.

Hotter than a hoochie coochie over here but I'll still fire up a bit more than what I've been running lately. If anyone is trying to catch these hands, I can always turn the house into an oven and get some big numbers on the board. Not willing to sweat alone though. I need some competition.

Glad to have you. I just like stirring the pot. I can't fold 24/7 on all the systems since they have other uses, but it's fun to do crazy PPD for a couple days. Moreso in the winter though

This.  Thank you to everyone who did participate!  I would have, but heat and a bunch of AMD garbage that's not worth folding on........
