Youn child games for Mac

My son is 4.5 years old and has been nagging me to play video games on the computer like dad does.  I setup my old macbook pro but I don't know any games.  I'm trying to find something super easy that doesn't require reading.  This may be a lost cause until he can read hah.

Minecraft? That can run on just about anything. I've played it on a PowerBook G4. Launch it in creative mode or survival mode on easy.

That's not a bad idea, I have it on every other platform.  He already plays that on PS4 and Switch so he might get mad at me for a duplicate hah.  Thanks though and keep em coming.

Wow, your starting early ! Good on ya. Are there no kiddy games on Mac.. similar to Angry Birds...or games of that type ?

Yeah, I should take a look at those.  I'll see what he plays on his ipad and see if there is a mac version.  My fear is he is going to be mad that they are repeats....hah.  I think he is gonna grow up and be a nerd like me.

Oh yeah, you can install Windows in Bootcamp and play Windows games on it that way. I think you do need a newer version of MacOS (10.10 I believe) in order to do this.
