  1. banned for fishy Charger ramming skills also, connoisseurs watch this from the start
  2. ...started to get into pfense a bit more; adding a pfense system 'on the back' of the Ravens' nest build
  3. ...important FYI: I noticed that while in the post-patch FS202 menu, fps can exceed 700 - reminiscent of the Amazon New World GPU killer issue...better safe than sorry, so I limited fps to 80 (4K) now via NVidia Inspector. Speaking of NVidia Inspector, SLI-CFR for the dual 2080 Ti Aorus Waterfoce WB still works with the updated FS2020, as does flying upside down
  4. ...picked up some more 10-pwm / Sata powered fan hubs and also a couple of tubes of MX5 for back-up...w-cooling parts assortment table is getting several stories deep ...couldn't fit two jugs each of distilled and deionized water I bought on the same trip on the table...
  5. ...for VRAM, VRM (not GPU die)... ...
  6. ...finally managed to get both setups updated with the 40+ GB '''patch'''. At one point, MS Azure servers were wheezing / throttling like crazy (to about 1/10th normal speed, while the rest of the network checked out fine on this end) but the result is worth it: better fps, improved graphics, much-improved world map (a biggie for me), and new planes such as the Cessna float plane. I might even try out 8K native before other scaling adjustments
  7. ...Nice ! Looks like you're going for the black and brass/gold look; hope to see the final results. FYI on ZMT tubing: Make sure to flush it several times before install, including with very warm water (final flushes w/ distilled)
  8. ...I'm still currently stuck in Azure server hell for that 40 GB+ patch
  9. x24 fans gets you half-way there
  10. Banning that Sig guy for rigging everything ...also banned: rising coffee prices
  11. ...I slowed down ...got counselling ...only have 48 of what you speaketh of
  12. ...what to do when it is too hot in the city ? Fly to the local mountains...also: experiments 'for science' ! ALL IS WELL THAT ENDS WELL !
  13. ...that's a nice, cleverly disguised Miata ...and looking at the Ontario plate, I used to live in Ontario in the snow (+gravel+salt+brine) belt before moving to BC...hope you have an additional vehicle for the winter months
  14. ...can't accept such an overly generous offer Also, ravens are going to have some fun in the ravens' nest ! 4x pairs
  15. ...how many cats for one 3080 Ti FTW HC ?
  16. 'grats ! You'll have fun with that one ! I love my 6900 XT - not quite as fast as the 3090 Strix system, but somehow, more fun w/ oc'ing ...water-cooling made a difference re. sustaining the custom MPT 400 W mod...MPT 'FTW'
  17. ...got a collection of the 'narrower' Thermalright Extreme pads already ranging from 0.5mm to 2mm (good stuff !) - these wider ones are for the back-plates of two GPUs
