That's a very good idea, just updated it now and added a ton of tags too haha. Just bought a X670E Hero board, already got 4x16GB DIMMs of DDR5 waiting - just waiting on the CPU now. Going to try and buy one ASAP so hopefully I don't encounter any stocking issues.

New bolts in my seat, just a bit longer so more threads are engaged in the seat - and the black matches the interior better. Now I just need to replace some bolts under the bonnet too, but doing this in -5c weather with strangers commenting on my car in the underground parking lot are less than ideal circumstances.

Just because Cyberpunk 2077 is demanding graphically doesn't mean it visually is appealing or good. The textures and poly count on lots of key areas is shockingly low. The lighting is mostly good with RTX, however everything else ranges from decent to "is this from 2004, 2012 or 2022?"

OLED is the new thing in VR along with pancake lenses. Only issue is the screendoor effect that they bring needs to be mitigated with really high resolutions, and the pancake lenses don't entirely eliminate chromatic aberration artifacts so that's where active eye tracking comes into effect. -

AMD uploaded this video this morning, the 7950X3D and 7900X3D will launch on the 28th of Feb, with the 7800X3D launching later this year on the 6th of April.

I need to join the HWbot events, never even knew they happened to be honest. The F@H I generally don't join as I only have a single computer right now that is somewhat okay for it, and my 2500k+GT1030 is basically burning money folding lol

OCN really meant a lot for me as it guided me when I first started to get into technology, computers and the likes. I've made friendships from it that last to this day, but it's barely a husk of what it once was. I really hope that EHW can become even half of what OCN was in its prime - but I know a lot of things are stacked against forums these days.

Good news for me doubling my HDD size size I can remember, 60GB -> 120GB -> 250GB -> 500GB -> 1TB -> 2TB -> 4TB -> 8TB -> 16TB. Now I just need to wait for the 32TB HDDs to come out

Having only used EVGA cards before, well, when they existed. I only stuck to Precision X1/XOC/etc. Is there no alternative as I imagine EVGA won't develop that much going forward for obvious reasons.
