    5800x temps?

Hmmm possibly an environmental variable ? I only say that as I did not run into the same issues BUT let's face it, it is a release candidate so it will be buggy and will be more susceptible to certain environments. I am looking forward to it being out of RC.
  2. Nice, this sounds great. Kind of them to send you the additional gear for testing. Yeah it certainly is a large boy no doubt.
  3. Yeah it is disgusting. The issue is that people will still pay these prices, at the very least if they are in a pinch which sucks but you cannot blame the consumer, at least not those who need a piece of hardware for something mission critical etc. I don't think we are going to see normalisation until 2022 or 2h 2022.
  4. Coming soon bud :) Will hopefully start development on it soon. It is going to be more advanced than your standard thread style listings, so need a little work :) The donations for the marketplace are now closed, but we do have a general site donation where users can donate towards the running of the site. Just for ref it is here: The donations for the marketplace are complete. However we do also have another general site donations where people if they wish can help support the site :) https://forums.extremehw.net/clients/donations/

    5800x temps?

Show off ! Hmmm but you dont want to disable the boost element otherwise CTR would not function, so leave voltage alone I would think and just use CTR to adjust the voltages to avoid silly spikes.
  6. Well bugger me...it is confirmed : https://www.theverge.com/2021/2/11/22278562/nvidia-rtx-2060-gtx-1050-ti-gpu-shortage-global-chip
  7. Possibly OEM. Yeah why not bring out a 2080Ti Super haha.
  8. Good spot. Possibly the first patch was either not adequate or a super quick band aid prior to the final fix.
  9. That looks legit lol Yeah there are blocks out there such as Alphacool with closer availability but they only state compatibility with other variants of the 3090 Ultra Gaming FTW3. It does not state the Hybrid version Which makes me wonder if the PCB is different in someway. I spoke with them but were not hugely helpful.
  10. Cheers bud. I actually ended up getting the EVGA FTW3 Ultra Hybrid Gaming, however it looks like only EK do a block for it, meaning I have to wait untill april to plumb it into my WC
  11. Bit late to the party but I am not so sure they are going to do this, I am yet to see Nvidia do something like this for its consumers.
  12. Should have this puppy coming soon for review SXFI Theatre Could become my daily driver if it measured up !
  13. Yeah I have been testing this, good results thus far, but had to re-do windows so I am going to re-tune and report back.
  14. My friend @Sgt_Swanny is in the process of building a rig and is also getting the brunt of the BS in the market right now.
  15. Good lord that is some markup. This whole supply and demand thing is awful, especially when older gen tech also starts getting marked up, so not cool.
  16. Thanks, I will add the lower case variation in later today
  17. I have only just seen this after a good catch-up with this thread. As others have said, I must congratulate you on this thread So yeah I will download both MSFS2020 and Cyberpunk finally lol and give these a good play over, still finding it hard to find time at the moment with site stuff but hoping to have projects finished soon and I can jump on these. Also reviewing the TeamGroup Xtreem ARGB 4000Mhz 64Gb kit, interested to see if there is any improvement. What I can say is so far this kit is stable at 4000Mhz across 4 Dimms...not bad.
  18. One man's junk is another man's treasure...well assuming it is not DOA. At that point you have a paperweight haha.
  19. You stumbled on it ! Ha, but yes it is a future initiative that we will deploy at some point
