  1. Welcome to EHW. Glad to have you as part of the crew ! For the moment only the adults have found their way over here lol
  2. Ok. So your setup is: WAN LAN1 (VPN) LAN2 Is this a correct representation on hour interfaces? So far as your DNS, is this resolving properly on LAN1 or LAN2 ? Do you have a screenshot of a configuration page for one of your port forwards ?
  3. Thanks all for your continued efforts for the team and the cause overall. I am hoping to have another competition for all of us soon
  4. Just a small update. So I have everything setup and working well. Other than PfSense handling DNS and DHCP for my network, I also have it doing a local cache of web pages via Squid Proxy Server with ClamAV enabled for additional security for all that incoming traffic. Lastly as I hate ads, I have installed and setup pfBlockerNG. This kind of finishes off everything I wanted to far as a box to handle the main network workload as well as other nice features for security. Fortunately with having 8GB RAM in this box it allows for me to stretch pfSense a little further, especially with ClamAV & pfBlockerNG with the larger definition tables and I can cache web pages into RAM depending upon defined limits. I do not yet have Wireguard setup for VPN. Deciding whether I want the pfSense to handle that or stick to clients on the PC's. I am aware of the pro's and cons but have not made a decision. Thanks to all that helped, especially @AllenG !
  5. Unreal Engine has always been very flexible. I would imagine on PC and after some additional optimizations, the visual fidelity will improve even more. Yes the green filter always seems a little odd, been a while since I watched the Matrix ...so I am used to seeing non green filters haha.
  6. The tech demo does not look that bad, though something is off visually that I do not like and I cannot tell what it is. I think the visuals look OK but not the best they could, whether or not this is because the tech demo is on console makes a difference, time will tell.
  7. Scary when you think how close it was eh. I count my blessings we do me not get severe weather like that in the UK.
  8. Ubisoft getting loose with the "Free Event" wording. Some of those titles are Trial periods only....I should hope they are free anyway lol.
  9. Yeah I figured you would, they make good money for obvious reasons and if you aren't using them, might as well cash in!
  10. Fortunately my real world performance is still fine, but on paper there are diminished results. I may have stayed with Win 10 if O had known. Fingers crossed it will get resolved.
  11. Welcome @garfield36 Yes @pioneerisloudI think you and the Ai need to have a talk.
  12. I also wish everyone well and I hope for those affected have a speedy recovery all round!
  13. Source I have to say my RAID on Windows 11 is not as good by a large margin, but that was using the 3DMark storage benchmark. Anyone else with Win11 seen a speed drop ?
  14. I don't blame you. Sometimes big and more complex is too much effort. With life and me work, going big and complex is sometimes a pain. I know the feeling. What are you going to use that sweet CL case for ?
  15. That is a shame man, looked to be shaping up nicely, did you hit a hiccup ?
  16. We are in the UK after all lol
  17. Source. The adoption is less than stellar though not surprising as for the average user, Win 11 does not offer anything over Win 10. I do like Win 11 for the most part, still wish they left everything in the control panel, but that is a gripe since everything started changing after Windows 7.
  18. "Welcome to the party pal" Die Hard reference works well here lol.
