New TC stats system & progress

Would take some extra work on the back end, but something like a daily average for 2 days for the cards that hop, given as an addition monthly?

Definitely hasn't been tested, wasn't aware we needed to handle a case where users changed teams back and forth during the TC.

 

Give me a day to think about it. I still haven't decided how I'm going to handle retiring users in TC teams (or moving them around to another TC team). I might be able to think of something that covers that and changing Folding teams at the same time. But it'll probably need a lot of trial and error.

I'd rather find some way to allow users to change teams at will (or at least through one of the admins), than making assumed points.

Same reason for me, I switched to 37726 too for the FaT. (obviously )

I agree with this, either exclude those 2 days or find a way to register the points.

I think we can just proceed as you planned and put this to the back-burner. Everyone now knows that if they change a team #, it will have an effect on this event. Couple of potential solutions we can use later on including HFM Logs for Units like I used to in the old TC, but I'll just put that in my discussion to have with the Team Captains after we're past the demo.

 

EDIT: I did think of this issue on Sunday, and I just let it go because this is a demo, not the real event. He's still building the db, and I think it's really progressed and works pretty well! Pretty thrilled. Not so thrilled that my 960 is performance limit throttling, so I had to scale it back, and I'm losing to @axipher

As long as it's a demo there will be no problem if you wipe the stats. They've done it a few times already when I was in the lead...

That will work for setting a different team in the slot options.

 

You can set team, user, and passkey to different values for each slot.  Right now one of my machines looks something like this:

Can you check the users tab and confirm the info matches what you're running?
