The latest board in the line up of UP products, is the UP 4000 board. The UP 4000 offers greater options than the previous UP boards with more memory, more IO support, and 12V power input. The processor choices are firmly based on Intel, rather than Arm. The choice of processors ranges from an Intel Atom x7-E3950 which can reach up to 2.0 GHz, the Intel Celeron N3350 reaching as high as 2.4 GHz, Apollo Lake Intel Pentium N4200 which caps out at 2.5 GHz.

God. I keep wanting to build a quasi laptop with these little guys. Going to have to at some point.

I had good luck with my USB sized computer from amazon. 4gb ram and z8350.  Kinda slow. I would not get less than a n4000 n5000 gen dual or quad core.

These are neat, but to be perfectly honest I'm a lot more interested in AMD's low power offerings these days.  My 2500u laptop still rocks along absolutely fantastically, and the Steam Deck is getting rave reviews just about everywhere.

Regardless, @Diffident is correct about the price.  The point of the Pi is that its stupid low cost (not anymore lately, but used to be).

The amd offering are 10x better than the Intel one. Performance of those low power intel Atom/Celeron is so bad.

Aliexpress is a good source of mini computer i love to look at the offering. Would make a perfect server if they could handle 64/128gb ram
