Your face....just so distinctive lol.

That is the best way anyone has ever said that lol.

Bummer, have you restarted your client ?

So the good news is that as of writing this post 731 Work Units have been submitted, so awesome !

Definitely seeing a dry spell here. Woke up to only 1 out of 6 slots folding this morning..

I'm also sitting at 1 of 4 slots running, not consistent either:

1) AMD Navi 5700

2) Ryzen 2600x

3) Mobile Quadro 2000

4) Mobile i7-8850H

The Mobile i7 gets next to no Units, but the first 3 slots get near equal attention, but the Quadro gets WU's that take 11-14 hours to complete with super loud fans so pretty sure poor cooling ios keeping clock speeds low.

Only missing a WU in one of my slots. However the pause/unpause trick doesn't seem to work very often for me.

I find pausing and restarting does not help get the WU's in. I completely close the client and re-open. That tends to get the ball rolling, especially with resetting the retry counters which can get up to mad times if you have left your client be for a day.

Pausing won't reset the "attempt counter" but it will reset the time between attempts which can help get new WU eventually instead of being at over 2 hours between WU attempts.

The restart trick is only working on my AMD rig (Fury X and Vega 64). Not working on anything else lol.

Well I guess that explains something, but that's still a bit disappointing to find out. You have separate pages for folding on each each team, even though it's the same account. No big deal since stats are collected on the official F@H stats reporting site, but still a minor annoyance.

Yeah, It's nice to see what everyone's doing :D

@Supercrumpet

It would be nice to see it merged in some way.

Sadly EOC can't display it:

"Q: I have points under other user names or teams, can I merge my points?

A: Sorry, no. Stanford does not have a system in place at this time to do so, but if they did my stats would adjust accordingly."

@ENTERPRISE

Is that the workunits submitted during this "fight-thread"?

Work Units submitted to the EHW Team from the start to the end of the Fight Covid-19 giveaway are counted towards the submissions. We cannot count work unit submissions during this period from any other team etc.

Are any of you guys getting

18:19:02:WARNING:WU01:FS00:Failed to get assignment from '18.218.241.186:80': No WUs available for this configuration

This was happening when I first started this morning. I tried reconfiguring my slots and even uninstalled f@h (with data) and reinstalled. I was assigned a work unit and that has since completed and now it's back to no WUs available. This is happening on my 1080, my R9 290 has been folding no problem since this morning. What gives?

Not getting that when trying to download a WU, however I do seem to have a WU that will not submit to the work servers for a while now, possibly an issue at Stanfords end. Have you tried exiting your client and starting it up again ?

No luck. It definitely did one WU because I already have 260k earned for EHW, no way that was the 290 alone.

Maybe the servers are just down but it doesn't get noticed until you try to download a new WU...?

updating my geforce driver to latest now, in case that may have something to do with it.

edit: nm already on latest driver. Dang the devil to heck!

^^^ Hmm, going off of that some of the IPs it's attempting to connect to don't exist, the one that I see that does exist is having some errors and that's the assign1.foldingathome.org server... that should explain the issue

It has to be something with the servers or they just plain have nothing available.. Is there a huge spike in folding participation due to the covid project??

I reinstalled again and rebooted and was getting the same errors for about 10-15 minutes, now my GPU is running but CPU is failing to get assigned a WU.

That is not an error on your end. That is on Stanford's end, and it has to do with massive increase in participation since they launched the COVID-19 WUs. F@H has massively increased their bandwidth and server capacity due to donations from large companies like Microsoft and Oracle. The infrastructure is able to keep up now, but volunteers are now outpacing the rate that researchers can generate new work.

Yeah Stanford is getting owned right now. Even though im not getting an error my WU's have stopped sending. Not sure if the accepting servers are overwhelmed. Will try again tomorrow.
