Nostalgia purchased! Can't believe I found one brand new. This will be going on my Nforce 790i w/ Tri-SLI 660Ti's. Can't wait to rebuild my LGA 775 that really made me fall in love with computers. I can still remember lapping the original Tuniq I had along with my Q6600. I thought I was so fancy having a Quad core. Going to try out one of the Extreme's this time around.

Very cool! Do you have a thread set up for that build or something? Apologies if I've missed it.

More Cat7 cables (35ft, 50ft) for 1Gbps network. Some oldies couldn't hack that speed, so off to eWaste pastures😞

Arriving today cat 6 cables to connect consoles to the switch I picked up on black friday. Only a 400Mbps max service but used a cat 7 cable to run the 100 feet to the main router.A 3 ft cat 7 cable connects the router to the cable modem. Thinking of leaving the 1 xbox on wifi cause it gets almost the same speeds as the wired ps4.

...some essentials, such as aged cheddar and more Starbucks Sumatra coffee.

Also, a WD Blue 1TB and a Threadripper Phanteks block for a work machine. I've got a so-far-unused TR MSI Pro Carbon X399 mobo that's moving up to replace Intel X79/99 office 'retirees'.

I think my test bench could use some more functionality. Upgrading it from a 1700x/x470 to this which gives me the same PCI-e options as my tiers, so more room for GPUs. 😉  Also, testing out a cheap RAD vs my old double RAD just to see if their decent enough at the low price of $30. Getting as many expenses in for 2021 as I can.

My Asus Z690 Extreme GPU slot won't lock, seems to be a common issue for this board, so I ended up returning it and grabbing this bundle instead.

Oh man, memories. I remember my Iomega zip drive from back in the day. 8x Write/4x Re-write. Did you really have to go retro on that spec though? That speed is painful. Though damn decent for E-IDE

I have other burners too.  I doubt I'll be burning CD's on a 1.1GHz Athlon with Windows 98 (eventually) anyway. 😛  So yes, that particular drive was purely because I wanted it.  Look at it!  It's still sealed in the box (missing manual).  I did check the listing very well, the plastic is still sealed inside.
