Probably about 10 ounces of roasted / salted almonds. Deep regret setting in.

 

They're so addictive but can't be digested in massive quantities.

Not a drink..more like a liquid pudding

It basically is. No idea what the calorie count is for it, but it's very high. Wouldn't recommend having one often if you care about not gaining weight. It is very good though, especially when the marshmallow is cooked properly instead of just burned like that.
