Thought about caselabs, but hadn't researched them enough to actually decide on something.  Think the next build may be a complete scratch setup.  Maybe use the motherboard base mount and build something completely new.  Sketched out a few designs, but hadn't really put too much into it yet.  Mostly working on cad designs for distribution plates.  Ultimately I'd like to buy a CNC router, but right now everything is on hold due to family stuff lol  But who knows, maybe if I find the right caselabs or another company, it could be a good start.  Sheet metal is cheap and tig welding/riveting is right up my alley.

After reading through some of the custom cases, I really should finish mine.  Everything is purple/grays and I was going to run a green lighting scheme.  Wife's favorite character is the joker.  Was going to cut some vinyl graphics to incorporate into it as well.  Maybe make it look like one of the jokers overly complicated bombs lol

LOL who knows what could happen.  Some of the best companies were started in a garage/basement.  If I would have stuck with case modding and all of our designs ideas all those years ago...I may have been one of the leading companies in pc engineering.  We were building one-off components and doing things nobody had ever heard of.  Not only with liquid cooling, but even just modding/designing.  Even something as simple as a bracket that nobody else has done, can means something.  I never thought about it, but the 10" apple pi monitor I use as a system monitor has a custom built stand so that I can use it.  Nobody makes it, but my wife mentioned it the other day how quick/easy it is for me to just see a need and create something out of the blue.  Guess after all of these years I tend to take things like that for granted because it's either for myself, or helping somebody else out who may not have the tools/skill to do it.

You would be surprised what small idea can blow up and make it big. However sounds like you could certainly become some form of Artisan 😁

While Raven B (posted earlier in this thread) and its two mobos have all the rads and pumps onboard the TT Core P5, Raven A (pics soon of the TT Core P8) has a separate mobile table w/wheels connected via Koolance QD4s for cooling...total of 2520x60+ rad space divided into two banks (one for each mobo / GPU combo)...wiring for 42 fans via fan hubs and 5x D5s all checked out - which is a good thing as I don't want to do that again anytime soon 🤣

Ya, that's the one downside for us lol  But given the trade off it's not too bad.  Usually when piecing a system together I have time anyway, so don't mind waiting.  I know it's harder for you guys because of the import taxes/shipping costs, let alone the wait time.

I finished up all the w-cooling pump and rad tubing connections today up to one end of the Koolance QD4s - everything is done in reverse on this build, for both mobos on the TT Core P8. Per below, the w-cooling table still has to be pretty_fied, but it works...'Raven A' colour scheme will be close to 'Raven B' > here. 

 

I also had a bit of a scare via a big Oops moment - was trying to Dremel off some protruding screw heads while upside down, slipped and zapped one of the Primoflex LRT with the Dremel cutting wheel 😱; fortunately ok re. leaks 😳

That is an insane setup!  What kind of numbers are you pulling on the stats?  Always thought about building a wall mounted bank, but just never really came together as an option.  Let alone the over-all cost!

...it's a project to streamline the home-office and combine work-and-play machines mounted on a modified TT Core P8. Cooling system will serve a 5950X / 3090 Strix OC w-cooled (up to 950W all in, including peripherals) and a 3950X / 6900XT w-cooled (up to 800W all in). I'm close to finishing it (finally) and will post additional pics and information soon.

I see that you have your pumps are all in union next to each other.  Don't you get any cavitation from that?  I know in the engineering world, running them close tends to cause flow issues where the pumps aren't 100% synced and it creates cavitation when the second pump is trying to pull fluids, but the first pumps hasn't pushed it out fast enough.  Can interfere with the systems over all cooling abilities.  But I don't know enough about the D4 pumps to know if you can dial them in close enough RPM's so that any minor variations don't cause issues.  All in all a brilliant setup and exactly what is needed for the system it'll be cooling.

Good questions, but the 3x D5 pumps w/ the white ring are just mounted together, but actually connections of each go off to a different radiator before returning to the next pump

 

The 2x D5 in the Revo are stock and have a housing designed to control cavitation.

Ahhhhh, okay.  It was hard to tell in the pic and it looked like they were all plumbed inline to another.  Good way to split them up.  Thought they were D5's, but thought I read you had listed them as 4's lol  So from what I know about the 5's they fine tune actually quite well.  Not too much jumping when it comes to the rpm settings.  So it's definitely a nice clean flow and separating them for each bank is definitely a good idea.  Keeps the pressure even and the flow the same through all.  Do they all dump back into the same reservoir? Or do you run individuals for that as well?  Would imagine if you are running a big enough tank, it wouldn't matter for the feed/returns to and from the rads.

...might have confused D5 pumps and reference to QD4 (Koolance 1/2 - 3/4 Quick Disconnects) 🙂  ...as to reservoirs, I am using two XSPC reservoirs (below), one for each circuit. However, said reservoirs have dual connections each on each side in case I want to 'siamese' loops.

What are you running for coolant?  I'm just running distilled/bioshock, etc. but it's pretty plain.  I was looking at other options to see what was out there and virtually everything seemed to have issues with drop-out or clogging coolant fins in the blocks, etc.  The last time I ran coolant it was actually a mix of glycol and water 30 years ago.  Definitely come a very long way since then.  Had thought about adding some dye, but the ptfe tubing is prone to absorbing it, so it ends up staining.  I'd like to run a color, but not if it means cleaning the system constantly.

For the final loops, it will be 80% Mayhems XL UV blue w/ about 20 % deionized water

Have you had any issues running the UV or any other colors?  Thought about running a colored coolant but haven't because of what I've read and that I have enough led's to change the color of the case anyway.  But the uv would be sweet looking it it held it's ability for a long enough time.

...I stay away from fluids with thicker particulates such as pastels but have had no issues with the 'clear blue'; 5L jug comes in handy for big loops.

...Raven_B (2x mobos) is puttering away nicely, hooked up to the LG 55 IPS HDR...still got to do some cable management, though (never mind getting a new camera) 🤔

...meanwhile, Raven_A (2x mobos) got torn down today after test fitting everything. After a clean-up job, final assembly is (finally) on the docket. It took a lot of fabbing and modding for the two vertical GPU cages and 2nd mobo fitment (both mobos are ATX X570). The four Koolance QD4s that connect to the mobile cooling table are just visible at lower left.

I remember when that was allegedly bad because it was said to consume system resources. That might have been in the 90's though. 😛
