  1. Both pizza's and the rice with chicken and veggies looks good! I had some rice with beef, a lot of peppers and paprika. And a Hertog Jan beer
  2. So that means we can win June too? Before everyone gets serious..
  3. The wheels look good Andrew! Glad you used oem wheels instead of aftermarket, this one really suits the car. And maybe an idea, if you push on the top of the wheel instead of the car body itself you are twice as strong. Works pretty good if you are alone
  4. Thank you Windows... Good luck fixing it! Fingers crossed it's software related..
  5. Good evening Or afternoon for everyone from the other side of the ocean.
  6. 360 mil PPD, though he might need a few new riser cables instead of those 1x things..
  7. Indeed, I noticed your post there. And reading through his comments he did a good job building and making sure he keeps the systems cool. It is interesting to see from a technical point of view, 120 GPU's (15kwh) in a room that's not really that big..
  8. It's not what I like to see, but he did an awesome job of building those systems! And there is a bit more info if you look around on his reddit account.
  9. 7 years old, that's not a bad reason to upgrade.. A small croc should be fine, I wouldn't be afraid of that But before I do that you'll se a reply here: "bought a pool with a fence" Haha, that sounds like one of my nieces. She's so full of love for everything that lives, both humans and animals! They have a Belgian Shepard, most kids are afraid of that dog, but she hugs and plays with it like it's just a toy! Most important thing with that dog is that he knows you, I can creep up on him and silently call his name and he jumps up with joy
  10. Thanks @doyll It has been a lot of fun so far, and much more to come! A Corsair AX1600i should be on the way to me instead of the Super Flower/EVGA PSU I was trying to get. I'm maxing out one of the PSU's already, and that's something I don't like. The drawings are on their way to the company that'll do the laser cutting, I can't wait to get the parts and start welding (or let one of the more experienced coworkers do that for me). And after putting a sleeve on a few cables I'm a bit sad that most of the cables are already black, I somehow enjoy doing that stuff.. This one needed a sleeve anyways, the heatshrink will have to wait until I install it in the PSU box.
  11. Building computers is a powerful drug... Just don't feed the ravens! And I bought this one, for the newborn son of a friend. I kinda wanna keep it tbh
  12. It's a good thing that you installed caster wheels... Starting to look heavy Good luck with the rest of the cables, most fun part of every build!
  13. Thanks E, this little project was a lot of fun!
  14. Subbed! His work looks great, and the profiles look a lot like the ones I used. Finally, I was waiting for you to take up the baton! It's been hard work
  15. In the downtime of the forum I did some things with this card: The cooler, unused with the thermal paste still on it: I replaced the connector for a 3pin, soldered longer wires, used heatshrink to protect the wires and sleeved the thing: There was enough room between the memory and the cooler, so I ordered 3 extra M.2 heatsinks: The only memory I can't cool directly is the row above the GPU. There is a heatsink on the back though, should be good.. And the final product, MSI M40ti sounds good I haven't been able to get it up and running. It was in the system but I had a few problems with drivers, though it was working good before. Will have to figure that out some time, but that's for another day. [edit] And I forgot to mention, the IO bracket does not fit anymore. The red plastic interferes with the bracket, will have to trim one of them or get a single slot bracket preferably with 2 holes for screws (or make one myself).
  16. Yes... I'm patiently(not) waiting for my cooler so I can join the fun. But I'm glad Avacado and Tictoc took their time to improve the BIOS (or found a way to do it) so we can enjoy that later on. I wouldn't mess with that stuff myself. [update] Just received an email that the cooler should be here tomorrow
  17. https://statsclassic.foldingathome.org/donor/8514 He already did ?
  18. The guys over at EKWB are holding their breath too, will he order another one? Just kidding, I really hope this one survives Some small and inexpensive things, like some sort of surgeon's knife I bought the other day, make me really happy. The price doesn't matter if you need something and use it a lot!
  19. I'm holding my breath for the next comp...
  20. That's a nice improvement, like adding an extra M40 for free
  21. I feel sorry for that pump, that's a lot of restriction to overcome! But that PSU on the other hand, I know a way better system it should go in... Haha, don't worry. We all have things that make us "happy" I was using DesignSpark, not sure if that uses the same engine as Solidworks but it gets the job done. After using it for several hours I still don't feel comfortable using it, might have to do with my lack of experience with 3d drawing. It looks way bigger on the drawing than it actually is, the dimensions are 10x30x43.5cm (I updated the design to fit the longer PSU after posting the images).
  22. And an other little update, I decided to draw the PSU box and the radiator mounting plate. (All that to make @ENTERPRISE happy ) I'll see if I can get this made from normal aluminium instead of diamond plate. I'm not sure if I'll like the diamond pattern.. And hopefully our 'metal' shop can cut this with a laser, would save me a lot of time! So first the radiator panel. I decided to mount the power button on the PSU box, so nobody can press it by accident. And here is the PSU box. It'll fit 2 PSU's, a hole on top and 2 holes in the back for the cables. I've used a common size for grommets, so I can just insert those and make it look clean. The open side will remain open, it's on the back anyways. That's the only way to install the PSU's after welding the box. I might have to extend the box a bit after looking at the size of the PSU I want (was not expecting it to be 225mm ) Between the PSU's is a hole for the power button I am using, which is in the previous post. I might weld the box myself, not much experience with aluminium but maybe a fun project to try it again.
  23. Lots of good music guys, I've been listening to everything above this afternoon while doing some drawings.
