  1. That's a bit better than Discords 8MB. Time to put all of my data hoarding data here
  2. To be fair, the main intake probably is a good place to put a radiator.
  3. Those ones look like Aliexpress Specials. There's still plenty of good cases out there that look like computer cases and don't have RGB.
  4. I wonder if this has anything to do with mid-range GPUs costing close to $1000 these days whereas 10 years ago they were $200, $350 max which is $260-$455 adjusting for inflation and high end GPUs going from $600-$700 which is $780-$910 adjusting for inflation to over $3000.
  5. Update: They arrived, however I can't get them in right now Toyota stopped making hub bolts for my car, at least with the exact part number but luckily they carried on making them for the Toyota Yaris/Vitz. Because of this, I only had to pay £6.99 each instead of what I imagine would have been £14.99 each because Lexus parts. They are slightly different, but the bits that matter are identical so that's good. Unfortunately I can't get the rotor off because of stuck screw. I tried drilling them out but I don't have the right drill bits and it broke. I'm now going to get the right drill bits then try again. I am able to get (presumably) all of the hub bolts out but I won't be able to get the new ones in with the rotor in the way. I hit this one with a hammer to see what would happen and it just fell out. I hope the rest are this easy to get out. I do need to get some copper grease as well. I don't want to rawdog these in and they end up welding themselves to the hub.
  6. Exciting news for either tomorrow or Friday, possibly Monday, depends how it goes
  7. RTX 2070 with no plans of upgrading anytime soon. I don't have DLSS3.
  8. Update on the bad performance, turns out the default new planes (at least the A310 and DC-3) basically are rips from FS2004. However, if you go into the marketplace and view the free content, there is a "purchase" for both of those planes that gives it significantly better quality textures and improves performance. With the A310, I went from 15-20fps on the ground and 30-35fps in the air to 25-30fps on the ground and 45-60fps in the air. I made no other changes.
  9. I have to say the new aircraft added were pretty disappointing. I wasn't expecting PMDG level quality, but what was added wasn't good. They're what I'd consider good for FSX mods and I wouldn't be surprised if they are. None of them are first party and the performance of some (especially the A310-300) is horrendous. First party aircraft thoughI do need to try it with VR to see if the performance has improved there as well.
  10. If you go with a major bank, they're "too big to fail" so you'd be alright. It's happened before, it will happen again. With the rate things are going now, that will happen sooner rather than later.
  11. "Not your keys, not your coins" With the way this is going and the lack of regulations in the crypto currency world, a lot of crypto bros are very quickly going to learn why banking regulations are a thing. I wouldn't trust an exchange to have more than £100 worth of my crypto for more than a couple of weeks. No one should for this exact reason. These people are basically speedrunning banking regulations.
  12. Have you stopped taking your medication?
  13. No you didn't Rail Baltica will improve military mobility, says NATO commander - LRT WWW.LRT.LT Rail Baltica, a European standard gauge railway that will connect the Baltic countries with Poland, will also improve mi...
  14. I have a Steelseries Rival 310, it's pretty good, but it is wired which I assume you don't want. They do have a Rival 3 which seems to be the same thing but wireless. Is there any specific feature you're looking for?
  15. They're these APC Smart-UPS, Line Interactive, 3kVA, Rackmount 2U, 230V, 8x IEC C13+1x IEC C19 outlets, SmartSlot, AVR, LCD - APC United Kingdom WWW.APC.COM APC Smart-UPS, Line Interactive, 3kVA, Rackmount 2U, 230V, 8x IEC C13+1x IEC C19 outlets, SmartSlot, AVR, LCD I don't have anywhere to put them, I got them so I can sell them.
  16. Not really a purchase because I got them for free, but UPS
  17. As of right now, I don't know because I don't really keep up with these things. The main one that stands out for me is ACC. That supported nVidia RTX raytracing from launch. It didn't support raytracing on AMD cards until update 1.8 on 3rd December 2021, a little over 3 years after launch and 1 year after the first AMD card to support real time raytracing was released.
  18. Well, there are some games out there that support "RTX raytracing" but not "Radeon Rays" or whatever AMD called it, so
  19. Well, it's "with RTX" and not "with raytracing" so probably not.
  20. No, he never wanted to buy Twitter, he wanted the attention and a legal excuse to dump $40B worth of Tesla stock. I called this the moment he announced he wanted to buy Twitter and he's doing it again. No one is paying attention to him anymore, so back to "I'm going to buy Twitter". He doesn't care about bots on Twitter, which was his original reason for saying he wants to buy it. He doesn't care about "free speech" on Twitter either. If he did, he wouldn't have tried to shut down that account that tracks his private plane. He wouldn't have personally cancelled someones Tesla order for saying the car is very good, but the launch event didn't go as planned. He's just trying to appeal to a certain demographic right now because that demographic has a tendency to buy a specific type of vehicle. The same type of vehicle that is coming out in 2026-27
  21. This is not really surprising. The only thing Google hasn't started and shut down is Google search and Gmail.
