  1. That it impressive. Imagine running a Radeon DDR 7200 when the 7950/70 came out. I did have a 7950 until 2019 because the VRAM was starting to get a bit small for newer games.
  2. I suppose. Either way, it's still an 11 year old GPU.
  3. I'm still up for the moderator role.
  4. Yeah, it is neat. The only real issue with wireless charging is that it yeets your battery if you charge at too high wattage. Wireless charging generates a lot of heat that damages your battery over time. I have my wireless charger plugged into a USB 2.0 port so it's only getting 8W max of charging. So far I've had my phone for 18 months and my battery health is still 100%.
  5. Well, Apple has slowly been moving towards portless on iPhones since 2016, so, yeah. Apple have always been very anti-cable. I've not plugged my previous and current phone into anything, ever. I have no need to. With the way Apples ecosystem works, plugging anything in isn't necessary. Except my laptop which can't wireless charge.
  6. Twitter handed over all of the information they had according to Elon Musk himself, stating that all of it can fit on a flash drive. Now Twitters legal team are preparing a lawsuit on making Elon Musk buy Twitter. The entire thing was a publicity stunt he did to get attention. He does this all the time. He had no intention of buying Twitter. He's since moved back to Dogecoin to get attention with the help of this $258B lawsuit having tweeted about Dogecoin at least twice in the last 24 hours. Look at the facts. He started off saying he wants to buy Twitter because there are too many bots and his solution was to get rid of it. He appeared to do things that made it look like he was intending to buy it while having no intention of buying it. He then tried to weasel his out of it, like he always does but couldn't find a good excuse at first. Starting bringing in the whole "I'm going to stop censorship" "they don't want me to buy Twitter" and "I'm a free speech absolution" nonsense to pander to a certain demographic while at the same time firing Tesla and SpaceX employees as well as cancelling peoples Tesla orders for using their free speech. Thought he'd go back on the whole thing about bots. Which doesn't make sense, stating that there are "too many bots to buy Twitter" even though the entire reason he wanted to buy Twitter in the first place was to get rid of those bots. Twitter said this isn't true and handed him all of the data they had. Now he's stopped talking about it, because like I said, he had no intention of buying Twitter. He did this exact same thing with: Hyperloop $420 Tesla stock buyback Buy Teslas with Bitcoin Buy Teslas with Dogecoin Flamethrowers Solar roofs Full Self Driving coming next year Space tourism Ventilators for hospitals Colonize Mars He goes through cycles very consistently. If nothing else comes up in the next few weeks, he's going to be back on solar roofs as well as house batteries but never deliver, then back to space tourism but never deliver, before going back to the hyperloop and never delivering.
  7. This has nothing to do with that. Elon Musk pulled out of buying Twitter. Just like I said he would, 2 weeks before he did. It's not the media that said he pulled out of buying it either. He said it himself. As far as any attempts go to stop someone from buying something, this is the worst way to do it. There is absolutely no way Elon Musk is going to lose this lawsuit, and his legal team will absolutely counter sue and win.
  8. I have tinted my windows. Haters will say it's fake. I don't have anything to put the car on if I take the coilovers off, I replaced the factory ones because they were just so broken in the first place, I've long since thrown them away and even if I still had them, I don't want to go anywhere near them. They were basically bombs. These coilovers I have are designed for like 10-15 years of hard use so they should handle a couple of years of not really doing anything just fine.
  9. This is a ridiculous lawsuit that's not going to go anywhere. I hope the guy suing will have enough money to cover these court costs and the impending counter suit.
  10. That's really unfortunate. I do know that businesses in general are very difficult to get successful. Even more so for internet forums these days. Yeah, Discord is free.
  11. You can tell the person who wrote this article doesn't have a medical background in the slightest. My medical background is just knowing some doctors, surgeon and people who work in the pharmacuitical industry but I know enough to know that cures don't exist. The only time a competant doctor would say "cure" is when they're saying "There's no such thing as cures. There is only treatments." But still, this is pretty good news. This is one of the most common types of cancer, hopefully slight changes will make it work with other cancers too.
  12. Elon Musk Says Twitter Deal ‘Cannot Move Forward’ Until CEO Proves Fake Account Numbers WWW.FORBES.COM “My offer was based on Twitter’s SEC filings being accurate,” Musk said. I called this over a week ago. Now he's going to wait until everyone has forgot about it, then he's going to dump that $45 billion loan he took out into Tesla stock, then announce that the Cybertruck has started to ship with the Tesla Roadster going into production next year* *Will actually get delayed to probably 2027.
  13. It won't change and Musk is going to pull out of buying Twitter, like he always does with these things. The only real change will be the fact that there's going to be a lot more Tesla related "promoted" (advert) tweets.
  14. Pretty much lol I use twitter as a hobby if I have nothing else to do in the 5-10 minutes time I have while I'm waiting to do one of my other hobbies and to follow accounts for things that interest me. If you can disprove or change someones opinion/statement in 280 characters or less, that opinion/statement is garbage.
  15. He incited violence, got a temporary ban for a week and got told to not do it again. He immediately did it again after getting unbanned which resulted in the permanent ban. Social media websites make special exceptions for people with these kinds of opinions and they go easy on those people. In fact, Twitter brought in a bot that automatically bans people who say the same thing that the Nazis said in the 1930s/40s only for them to immediately remove it because too many republican politicians ended up getting banned automatically. Meanwhile, I got a permanent ban on Twitter for tweeting "Shut up you putrid orange cat. You have no reason to hate Mondays, you're a lazy sack of turds who doesn't work anyway." at the Garfield twitter account and had to make another account. No warning or even temporary ban. Straight to permanent. Why did Trump still taking credit for it then? Crime levels have nothing to do with freedom. I would like to know exactly what freedoms you personally have lost. It's very strange that the "businesses should be free to do what they want" crowd are now very angry that businesses are doing what they want. Please read what I said very carefully. Every. Media. Company. Is. Saying. He. Is. Buying. Twitter. I am saying he won't and you can quote me on this. He's going wait until the hype dies down then cause another distraction with some other stupid thing then pull out of buying it and sell all of the shares he bought. He does this all the time. Remember the hyperloop and how it has made 0 progress in the last couple of years? In fact, it's been abandoned. You realize he is a known habitual liar, right? "Tesla will have self driving capabilities that will allow it to drive 100% from NYC to LA in 2016! 2017! 2018! 2019! 2020! 2021! 2022! 2023! 2024!" and "The hyperloop will be available to the public in 2015! 2016! 2017! 2018! 2019! Cancelled." and "with the Tesla tunnels, you will be able to use your own Tesla one of our Teslas to get from once side of the city to the other down the road at 150mph 120mph 80mph 70mph 50mph 30mph 15mph and it will be able to handle 30,000 passengers per hour 5,000 passengers per hour 500 passengers per hour 50 passengers per hour with no traffic a little traffic gridlock traffic conditions. If (not when) he does buy Twitter, he will be the establishment.
  16. Operation warp speed is a Trump thing though. He created it, does this make him the enemy now? I'm also interested in knowing exactly what freedoms you have lost.
  17. Update: I've not been employed since September so I'm basically living off savings now. I'm waiting for some paperwork to go through that will allow me to get a job that I actually want to do and is worth doing. The waiting list for me is 8 months at the minimum so it's going to be a long time before I can continue to fix my car. I have destroyed the a couple of wheel studs for one of my wheels by crossthreading them after I put them on wrong then forced them on anyway. Luckily it's not a big deal, The 1998-2004 Daihatsu Sirion uses the same wheel studs so I can get them for £0.98 each rather than £4.99 each if I get the Lexus ones that have the same thread, mounting type and length. I might as well replace all of them. It's going to cost £19.60 for the Daihatsu ones vs £99.80 for the Lexus ones.
  18. The media are the ones who keep saying that he is going to buy Twitter. They don't give a damn about whether or not Trump is on Twitter. If anything, Trump being on Twitter is a good thing for the media because Trump is basically just a lolcow for normies. The more public he is, the more articles they can write about him, the more clicks they get, the more money they get. Not to mention Trump himself said he won't return to Twitter regardless. This is something that Musk does all the time. Once the hype dies down and everyone has forgotten about it, he will move on to something else. Taking out loans don't mean anything, just like him paying $1 billion in tax didn't mean anything. Not when he then donated $6 billion to his own charity then got a $1.5 billion tax rebate, making him more money in one week than both you and I will make in several lifetimes combined. Or the time he took out loans for hot swappable Tesla batteries, then cancelled the plan not even 8 months later and didn't pay back the loan. All this "I'm going to buy Twitter" thing is just ego stroking and distractions. He has no intention to buy Twitter and he doesn't care about free speech. You can tell because someone criticized a Tesla press event, then he personally cancelled that persons Tesla order as well as his constant union busting and firing employees for not saying good things about him or his products. I say distractions as well, because about a week before he announced he planned on buying Twitter, there was a huge recall on Teslas, several people working in Tesla factories got fired for trying to start a union and there's an ongoing lawsuit that's just starting to pick up involving racism in a Tesla factory where there is racial segregation and the part of the factory where all of the black people work is called "the plantation".
  19. He keeps saying "if I buy Twitter" himself rather than "when I buy" or "when it goes through". He had no intention of buying it. I'm calling it now, he's going to pull out of the deal last minute. Right now he's just waiting for the minimum time he can before he sells of all of the shares he bought so he can't get investigated by the SEC. Every year, he does a new gimmick like this to get attention and every year it works. The media are the ones who keep saying he is going to buy Twitter. He absolutely won't. Just like how last year he was going on and on about Dogecoin and how you'll be able to buy Teslas with it. Then he sold Tesla merch (not cars) for Dogecoin for about a month before removing the ability to do so after everyone forgot about it.
  20. It's time to kick gum and chew ass. And I'm all out of ass.
