When running 3DMark Timespy stress test I, the max the GPU hit was between 45-50C which is great, was a little warmer than that before when running the included AIO cooler haha. Well fingers crossed that won't be the case lol.

Nice ! Well that stops me from ordering unnecessary materials. Looks like I will be getting those 1.5mm pads for the M40's then. Better order it while I am thinking about it haha.

Thanks. Actually the EK was my original order and choice, however they were not due until April, so due to my impatience I also ordered the Alphacool. Ironically a couple of days after the Alphacool arrived, I got a dispatch notice for the EK. So I went with EK for this. The Alphacool is fixed and ready to find a new home !

Just finished adding my EK block and backplate to my EVGA 3090 FTW Ultra Gaming. Yes...my PC is Borg.

Yeah the short cards are nice. My EVGA 3090 FTW 3 Ultra Gaming is large, and not even the longest of them all. I just finished fitting my EK block and backplate to it.
