Awesome news bud

Over the next couple of weeks, possibly sooner, I hope to release a Deskpads (White & Black) and new T-shirt (White), this time the T-Shirt will use Dye Sublimation printing techniques which should make for a much longer lasting product.

Great work bud!

Yeah at the time it was a big treat. I had never had a pre-binned CPU before and thought why not. It took a lot of the guess work out, especially as you would be told the OC settings and what motherboard it was binned in. If you got the same mobo as them ...it was virtually a plug and play OC. Good times! Especially as this was before the time of things like auto boosting tech like we have now. Not saying that you cannot get more out of a manual OC these days but I think the gap has closed a little.
-
I had the same from them, mine was stable at 5.1 however, it was a super bin and a fun CPU to have at the time. Looks like we have been knocked down to 5th, top 5 spots are so close!

Mousepads sounds like a good idea, will see if we can get desk pads as well.

gamerant Switch 2: 12GB ram, DLSS, can run UE5 Matrix demo
ENTERPRISE replied to UltraMega's topic in Rumour Mill
If this pans out, it could be an excellent device but I would still prefer the freedoms of the Steam Deck, modding, custom OS etc. However for someone who is just wanting a plug and play device, the Switch 2 could shake things up. -
Thanks for the update . That is a good OC. I have some Hynix A-Die coming in the form of Corsairs new Dominator Platinum for review. Its a 2x32Gb Kit @ 6000 MT/s, will be interesting to see how far I can push them while trying to keep the timings sensible.

Your sacrafice will be remembered! F Thanks for all your submissions bud!

Nice ! What was the original speeds of that kit ? Is it Hynix A Die ?

Hey, Well I guess I left it up to interpretation but it was more of a "Whatever recommendations" people may have. I am happy to dial in some settings manually but I do not think I will for everything. I will disable spread spectrum, global C States. I use VM's so I will keep VT-D enabled. Actually spread spectrum I do believe MSI have hidden from the BIOS....Annoyingly. I cannot locate it and after some googling, it is a common complaint. I am currently using PBO for managing the CPU performance, might look into overlocking it, even though overclocking from what I understand is fairly limited on the X3D chips. I am currently tuning my RAM, I have enabled EXPO and now tuning the timings to see what I can get. I have no particular issues leaving it at 6000Mt/s but wanted to see if I could improve on the EXPO timings and reduce the latency. Once I have that down, I may see if I can go for 6200. I tried for 6400 but the latency was poor and fiddling with the timings did not yield much improvement. I will first see what I can get on 6000 with tuned timings and then may investigate further. I will look at reducing the SOC voltage as it is in Auto and by default is running at 1.3v, I will play with that once I know I reduce that as it will just throw in another factor to consider at this point.

That is one hell of a collection.

Sorry for the late follow up to this one. I have decided for now, unless it becomes a more prominent issue, we will not be adding a "Help" section. Right now, I do not feel its needed. In the future this may change and I will be happy to revisit it then

Hey guys, So I am now sat down with my build AM5 system, now it is time to see what extra performance I can get out of it BUT AM5 is a new beast to me and I am sure much of what applied to AM4 is applicable, but safer to just start from scratch. So I am looking for help in both CPU Optimization and RAM OC. Right now I am just running PBO for the CPO and EXPO for the RAM. My details are as follows System Specs CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X3D Motherboard: MSI Meg ACE X670E (BIOS:7D69v19 / AGESA ComboPI 1.0.0.7c updated) RAM: 64GB Corsair Vengeance PC5-48000C30 6000MHz / CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30 (4x16GB DIMMS) According to the net, my RAM has SK-HYNIX M-Die IC's. I would confirm with Thaiphoon Burner but it will not function as the kernel mode driver is blocked or my SPD EEPROM Device is not compatible. I have disabled all Windows based security, so I will just assume its not compatible yet. Just so we are all on the same page to the current BIOS setup, everything is Auto, other than EXPO for RAM and adjusted PBO. But for clarity, see below OC Main Menu OC Main Menu 2 AMD PBO Settings (No Curve Optimizer Adjustments) AMD CBS Digital All Power Firstly, I understand there are limits in what can be achieved on the X3D variant of the AMD CPU's so far as actual overclocking, but would love some feedback from those who have tweaked their X3D's. Secondly, I know that OC mileage will vary with my RAM config as I have a 4x DIMM config which stability wise can be more of a challenge VS a 2x DIMM config. Have at it guys. help me optimize Thanks in advance, E

You guys are still smashing it, well done!

Glad I stumbled on this. Now that im armed with the 7950X3D , it will soon be tweaking time!

Gigabyte Aorus 10000 Gen 5 2TB NVMe Review Discussion
ENTERPRISE replied to ENTERPRISE's topic in Review Discussions
I am liking the Ace so far, though I have not really put it to much of a test so far as system tweaking just yet. I do like the I/O of the motherboard, one of the main reasons I got it was for the 10GB Lan as my internal network all runs through 10GB, so that was a must for me.
