    2022 Team Cup!

In theory the results files can be reloaded and can give you the link

Keep at it and don't get discouraged by the ridiculously poor submission process.

    2022 Team Cup!

@mx500torid don't feel bad. I have been fighting with that submission system for more than a decade. You just got to accept that the HWBOT site setup is pretty trash, and it seems like there's hardly anyone that actually works on it. When they changed the rules to full-screen and no cropped images I could never for the life of me figure out why my screenshots threw errors. Well go figure they are still in 1990 and expect a 648x480 image and definitely not my 4K PNG images. So what I do is Ctrl+PrtSc, paste into new bitmap image, then resize that * to 25% and save as a JPG. I keep all of my results images in folders organized by whatever the hell it is I'm benching. So let's say today I'm benching Vega 64, my folder is named Vega64. My screenshots in that folder are going to be named FS-1 (fire strike 1st attempt), or FSU-1 (Ultra settings), SD-1 (Sky Diver), or whatever to keep me from losing my mind. Ok here's a screwed up thing when running some of the 3DMarks. Sometimes when you view result online, it takes you to the result, but the link has a ? at the end of it. If you copy/paste that link with the question mark into HWBOT it's going to throw an error. You'll quit HWBOT for months or bang your head into the wall trying to figure out *. So what I do is after it redirects me to my result, I then click on My Results, and open the link to the result I just ran. This one won't have the question mark and won't throw an error. I don't think anyone at HWBOT tested or explained these kinds of hoops you need to jump through just to submit your damn score. @Avacadoyes that's a great idea to show some how-to screenshots. I'll probably still screw it up but now at least I'll be able to blame someone

Yes run it. They take the top 3 scores for the comp. I only did the DDR4 iGPU. 2500u will satisfy the DDR3 iGPU category. FM2+ Kaveri would lock that category down since those were the most powerful DDR3 APUs. We will need an nForce or ATI chipset graphics for the DDR2 category. Someone also needs to run an ADL DDR5 iGPU for the last part of that category.

Dude I have been in HWBOT a long time and rules still trip me up. The worst for me was the flip-flop rule changes about base clock overclocking concerning Windows 8 and 10, but the changes involving hundreds of versions of benchmate are confusing too, let alone the very inconsistent policing of submissions. Something that annoys me is that some "cheaters" are grandfathered in because of old drivers and manipulations that may or may not be possible today. Despite all that, I still have a lot of fun with it. Just don't feel alone if you mess up the rules from time to time.

    2022 Team Cup!

I just uploaded a 5600G result. I got #1 (so far), but a 5700G will surely beat it if someone has one.
  7. For us it was May and June that were oppressively hot 100+ daily, way too early in the year and it was also a drought. But it seemed like as soon as the Gulf got heated up by June it started raining every day so it's back to tolerable 95F but humid as hell. Also for me, I can't HWBOT until it cools down a bit. I'm about to be traveling a lot and hopefully it's a bit cooler when I get home in October like maybe 85-90
  8. I haven't used sleep or hibernate functions in years because they never seem to work right with hardware. First thing I disable.
  9. I just showed Ethan your video. He sends his regards.
  10. Wow these light weight cars just get obliterated. Rachel's car looked like one of the ones in Enterprise's pictures. Yeah she bent my bumper, but man I'm glad my truck is mostly metal. Edit: I keep watching the video, showed Michele, and I plan on showing the kids. Like I said, lots of hindsight. People drive really bad here. Like every intersection someone is turning in front of you like the car that got Avacado. I have got into the habit of easing off the gas when approaching intersections for years, just waiting on someone to do some stupid *, because they do. People run red lights here by like 5-10 seconds. It's bad.
  11. Avacado said the lady looked 80, so I'm guessing she never saw him. My mom is almost that old and I'm glad she doesn't drive. My dad does and he does some scary * that he isn't even aware of. The video is interesting for hindsight theories. I'm glad no one got killed. Is the car considered totaled or are they going to fix it?
  12. Oh I'm not intending you make you feel bad. I was just posting our families' own driving incidents for the thread, especially what Rachel did to my rear end. Having teenagers that drive is stressful. Ethan ran over a cat the other night.
  13. I had this conversation with Ethan (16) a few weeks ago when he told he me swerved off the road but luckily didn't hit anything or anyone. Ethan: "I wasn't speeding. I was doing 45 in a 45." Me: "Ethan, I told you. The speed limit is for IDEAL driving conditions. You are a dumbass kid, driving an older vehicle with less than ideal brakes, tires, and suspension. You were also driving around a curve, at night, and the road was wet. Automatically assume everyone driving around you is drunk and on meth, getting a blowjob, hitting the obnoxious kid in the backseat and watching TikTok."
  14. Here's mine: I call it happy father's day 2022, love Rachel and Ethan. Like how the * did Rachel run into Ethan? Ethan was upset when he told me about my truck, but you should have seen Rachel's car. There is no good reason to speed. My chief told me that after I got a nasty ticket in 1998. He said "Arrive alive, shipmate."
  15. Well I would not be impressed at all if they only hit 6GHz on LN2. Phenom II C2 could do that... But if we're finally getting close to 6GHz on ambient air or water then color me impressed.
  16. I didn't see how they cooled it. I'm hoping something room temperature air/water, but I am assuming they chilled it.
  17. So they work? I didn't test those particular ones, but they were from the same batch of SSDs that I gave away here a few months ago. Glad they are faster than the HDDs
  18. Yeah something wrong with the fan or pwm controller signal. It's good that you are sending it back
  19. You're good. That chart is not accurate. @axipher can probably shed more light on that.
  20. About 2.5 hours until event start. I've not heard from @axipher so hopefully either the database above will be working or he does the manual updates. I know he's got a lot of stuff going on so everyone be patient please.
