This coming from someone on the team in the back of the pack?????   LOL

Absolutely, not that I care, but i'll point out that you have the same multiplier as me (Roughly), have almost double the base clock and you can overclock your card. So yes, i'll talk *.

I'm definitely switching to the K4000 when I get it running.

This is my official request for transfer of the Tesla M40 to a Quadro K4000. I have packaged all of my x399 stuff and will no longer be running AMD. Please let me know in advance so I can get it all going and add the appropriate passkey.  Also, if anyone is looking for X399/Threadrippers, let me know, otherwise they will be on Ebay marked up.

FOLDING.LAR.SYSTEMS

F@H Quadro K4000 performance as of 8/7/2021. Averages across all projects PPD:87,898 - Work Units Per Day:6.10, performance history and more.

That is a 63.87 Multi at current all OS averages.

You need to PM @BWG with the request per Hardware Swapping section in the first post here:

From my understanding, the multipliers are set at the start of the month.  The Extreme Team Folding Manual that I referenced above has a list of all cards from LARS that is used to determine multipliers.  I calculated your multiplier to be 60.87, but I'm not an official source.

I have PM'd him, about 4 days ago, making sure he knows.

Per last guidance I knew about, we are basing the multi's off of all OS averages. I do remember it is based off of the LARs database, I helped you when you wanted to to try and add your older cards remember?

3090 is 5,613,965.

K4000 is 87,898

5,613,965/87,898 = 63.87

WU's are ever changing, to make that list and just leave it there is criminal. These are the current stats as of today.  It should be the responsibility of each individual folder to make sure the multipliers are roughly the same, especially when you are folding on older cards that rarely are capable of increasing their stats/overclocks.

This is correct, all OS average is captured at the start of the month. That average/multiplier is used the whole month.

Thats fine, again, as long as it is updated monthly, no worries.  I am more than happy to wait until the beginning of next month to start it.

P.S. Whats up with out F@H sig images????

Sorry, I didn't realize you had PM'd him.  I was just looking at what the manual said.  I'll ping him on discord as well to make sure he's aware of your request.

3090 is 5,613,965.

K4000 is 87,898

5,613,965/87,898 = 63.87

From the ETF Manual, it says the current multipliers are based off of:

3090 - 5,350,108

K4000 - 87,898

It looks like the 3090 has dropped a bit which is why the multiplier I came up with was a bit lower.

No worries, it's actually the reverse. It seems to have gotten better. It will reflect next month. All gud.

Yeah, it needs to be updated monthly to keep things fair.
I should search for a better card in the competition, even my 3060 will do better than the 2080Ti because of the multiplier and the bad average the 3060 seems to have.

The average has dropped from 5.6 to 5.3 but it seems to be back now. I get a mix of units on the 3090, some of them are up to 9 mil and some are below 4 mil...

PM me with what you are after, will give you the status of each board/CPU and the issues I faced. Pretty sure it was just PCI-e lane assignment issues, but meh.

P.S. We really do need to have the conversation about updating stats monthly instead of quarterly (I think you said something about quarterly  @BWG) Disregard the rest if it is monthly. If you actually look at just how drastic some of the changes are already, you will see what I mean. What is the point of having  a handicapped system if it isn't on par. It's like a professional athlete playing in the special Olympics.

For instance that 960, would finally come down a notch, by todays rankings, it would only be a 21x multiplier. That is huge and goes to show just how much a niche card with low default LAR's values and high overclockability can achieve over the rest of us losers.

I also can't find Damrics card in the database, am I missing something?
